This is Operation “Chameleon.” Our mission is to infiltrate a gang of drug traffickers. José just recently became a lawyer. He's initially leery to go undercover, but he decides to accept the offer, given the financial benefits it can bring his wife and three children. He loves them deeply. The drug traffic ring is led from jail by El Negro, and includes El Colorado, who seems to covet El Negro's position, as well as other gang members such as the Gimp, La Comadreja, El Esquimal and El Perico. Police captured this last gang member, and El Colorado orders his rescue in order to prevent him from talking and cooperating with authorities. The outlaws are successful in their rescue operation, but afterwards, the very same Colorado orders the assassination of El Perico. The Gimp reluctantly executes the order. José begins his training to assume a new undercover identity posing as Daniel Bracho, a jewelry dealer. After one month, Daniel starts his business of buying and selling jewelry in the street and one day he runs into the Gimp, recognizing him. Both men look at each other, intrigued, but they continue on their way.

Daniel se reporta con Ortega. El Colorado le informa a la Güera que es cuestión de días para que suelten al Negro y presiona a su gente para que les cobre a todos. El Chueco le pide que lo aguante a fin de mes, pero el Colorado sólo le da unos días. Daniel se encuentra con Díaz en el café internet que será la fachada de su cuartel policiaco. Daniel intenta vender unos aretes en el Sexy Hall, pero el Esquimal lo corre. Daniel acude a su sesión con Itzel y le dice que de su anterior vida extraña el tiempo con su familia y ahora toda la responsabilidad de la familia recae en Lety. Agrega que lo que está haciendo es para darles una vida mejor. Díaz le da a Daniel las llaves de lo que será su nueva casa: una casa incautada, pero en una muy buena zona de la ciudad. Además le entrega la ficha del Yeyo. El Chueco busca al Yeyo para cobrarle, pero solo consigue que le dé a cuenta un anillo de diamante por el que según él le pueden dar hasta 50 varos. El Chueco le ofrece al Colorado el anillo como pago, pero el Colorado le exige que sea en efectivo. El Chueco busca a Jacinto, el joyero, quien lo manda con Daniel. Daniel lleva a su familia a su nueva casa. el Esquimal y la Comadreja queman el auto del Narices por no pagar, y dejan un mensaje para el Chueco: el siguiente es él. El Chueco se encuentra con el Dandy para pasar el coraje de su vida cuando le dice que el diamante que vende es "chocolate". El Chueco pregunta a Daniel si trae coche y a punta de pistola lo saca del bar.

Daniel parece ganarse la confianza del Chueco al demostrarle que la piedra del anillo que le dio Yeyo es imitación, y al quitarle la camioneta a este para que le pague al Chueco. Sin embargo, el Chueco es detenido por un policía de tránsito y se entera que la camioneta había sido decomisada antes por la Procuraduría. El Chueco busca a Daniel y planea llevarlo consigo a saldar cuentas con el Yeyo. Daniel logra avisar a la Procuraduría, pero al llegar a la agencia, ve como El Chueco dispara al pecho del Yeyo. Daniel queda muy afectado al ver al Yeyo tendido en el suelo, aparentemente muerto, pero luego enfurece al saber que todo fue un montaje y que gracias a su llamada el Yeyo está fuera de peligro. Lety y Marcela, su cuñada, empacan las cosas para la mudanza a la nueva casa. Emilia se reúne con sus amigos de teatro, toma una pastilla y llega drogada al apartamento. Deyanira le pide al Menonita que hable con La Güera, su padre, para que el Colorado no le quite la zona de venta al Negro, su papá, que está cerca de salir de la cárcel. Menonita habla con La Güera, pero él está más interesado sacar provecho propio. Daniel le ayuda al Chueco a negociar la camioneta con un mecánico amigo; el Chueco lo sigue, pero no se da cuenta que Díaz lo vigila. Daniel se enfrenta a Ortega y le reclama por el descuido que casi le cuesta la vida a Yeyo. Enfurecido decide abandonar el operativo.

Daniel informa a su familia que no habrá mudanza, y por un berrinche de Alex se entera que la noche anterior Emilia llegó drogada con pastillas. Deyanira, informa al Chueco y Fidela que su padre saldrá de cárcel. El Procurador Lagos no está de acuerdo con el comportamiento de Daniel, pero Ortega le asegura que Montaño es su mejor hombre. Díaz sigue a Daniel por orden de Ortega. Daniel encuentra al Serch para resolver el asunto de las pastillas. El Colorado dice al Chueco que tiene que decidir de qué lado está y el Chueco lamenta tener que traicionar al Negro. Daniel estudia el movimiento de los valet parkings que venden droga adulterada en la zona rosa, e informa a Ortega de esta investigación. Ortega le dice que no lo puede hacer por su cuenta, y le advierte que si decide regresar a la misión, será bajo un protocolo. Se celebra la fiesta de bienvenida del Negro, donde Deyanira da las gracias a Menonita por haber hablado a favor del Negro. Daniel dice a Lety que aceptará el trabajo y se despide de su familia; ella queda triste al saber que se separarán temporalmente. El Chueco aprovecha la fiesta del Negro para presentar a Dandy. Daniel se muestra sorprendido al conocer a María Luisa, la otra mujer del Chueco. Lety y los niños se trastean a la nueva casa. El Colorado recibe al Dandy en la banda, y como primer trabajo le matar al Negro.

Daniel se niega a matar al Negro; Ortega le dice que desperdició una oportunidad de oro para implicar al Colorado. El Esquimal le cuenta al Dandy que el Negro y Fidela son amantes. Dandy usa esta información como estrategia para darle motivos al Chueco y que así él decida matarlo. Dandy y el Chueco se vuelven a reunir con el Colorado, quien sin saber que está siendo grabado, reitera la orden de matar al Negro. Emilia se entera que el Serch está metido en problemas, pues debe el dinero de la droga que Daniel le quitó. Dispuesta a ayudarle, toma la tarjera de crédito de su mamá y le da el dinero a Serch para que pague. La Comadreja se reúne con el Serch, recibe la paga y le da una bolsa con tachas y cocaína. El Serch se ve obligado a recibirla, pues le está cobrando intereses. En ese momento aparece la policía, y los tres son arrestados. Daniel está impaciente porque se acerca el momento de ir a matar al Negro; en ese momento recibe una llamada de Lety que lo deja aún más preocupado. Díaz le confirma que Emilia está detenida en el Ministerio Público, lo acompaña a verla, pero ella no se entera que él estuvo ahí. El Chueco decide ir solo a matar al Negro, pero al cuestionarlo, él le asegura que no tiene nada con Fidela. Chueco le cree y cambia de opinión. Lety decide renunciar a su idea de volver a estudiar, pues su familia, y especialmente Emilia, la necesitan. La policía hace un operativo en el Sexy Hall y encuentran muerto al Colorado. La última que estuvo con él fue una bailarina a quien no se le vio la cara.

La Güera le ordena al Esquimal ir por el Chueco y el Negro para indagar sobre la muerte del Colorado, pero ellos, temiendo por su vida, envían a Daniel y a Toño a hablar con él. Marcela se solidariza con Lety, la nota muy agobiada con toda la responsabilidad de la casa. Daniel le informa a la Güera que el Negro y el Chueco no tuvieron que ver con la muerte del Colorado, pero Toño asegura que su muerte fue lo major que pudo pasar. Lagos reclama a Ortega y a Díaz por el fracaso del operativo, y amenaza con cerrar la operación si no hay resultados. Siguiendo las órdenes de Chueco y el Negro, Daniel va proteger a Fidela, Amaranta y Deyanira, pero esta última, molesta, decide irse. El Esquimal informa a la Güera que el jefe de los coreanos quiere negociar con él. Lety conoce a Jorge, un vecino de la nueva casa, con quien parece tener mucha empatía. Daniel conversa con el Esquimal y desvía las sospechas por la muerte del Colorado hacia alguien de la banda. La Güera le pide a Menonita que secuestre a Deyanira para presionar al Negro a salir. El Menonita, enamorado, se niega a hacerlo y la lleva a un hotel. Toño los descubre e informa al Negro, quien de inmediato exige la presencia de Dandy. Daniel se ve obligado a dejar a Lety, y el Negro, furioso creyendo que efectivamente es un secuestro, le ordena ir a rescatar a su hija. Ortega chantajea a la Comadreja y, a cambio de protección, lo presiona a firmar una declaración en la que queda como un soplón ante la Güera. Toño y Dandy llegan al hotel, pero se sorprenden al encontrar a Deyanira y al Menonita en una situación comprometedora. Dandy y Toño se llevan a Deyanira, dejando al Menonita furioso y semidesnudo, esposado a la cama. La Güera promete al Negro devolverle a su hija a salvo, luego que le explique lo sucedido con el Colorado. El Chueco se siente ofendido porque el Negro y la Güera se van a hablar en privado y no le dan su lugar. Emilia se entera que Lety vio a Daniel y le reclama por su amistad con Jorge. Daniel le informa al Chueco que Deyanira está a salvo pero, ante los comentarios del Chueco, queda con la duda si fue él quien mató al Colorado.

Ortega insta a la Comadreja a firmar la declaración que inculpa a los otros en la banda y le promete protección. La Güera le advierte al Negro que los negocios en "la zona" quedan en espera hasta que se esclarezca quién asesinó al Colorado. La Güera se disgusta con Menonita por la condición en que Deyanira lo deja en el motel y le prohíbe que la vuelva a ver. Toño busca empleo con Menonita y para congraciarse con él, le miente y le dice que Deyanira tiene muchas ganas de verlo y le entrega unas bragas que robó del cuarto de ella y que supuestamente ella le mandó de regalo. Daniel se molesta al saber que soltaron a la Comadreja de la cárcel, pues su vida corre peligro en la calle. Trata de ayudarlo y le da unas de sus joyas para que huya y se esconda. Isabel arregla una cita entre Emilia y el Serch y le pide que lleve condones. Alex se entera de la cita y le cuenta a Lety. La Comadreja tiene una pelea con el Esquimal, pero logra huir; sin embargo, el Esquimal descubre las joyas del Dandy y lo avienta con La Güera, quien lo golpea por ayudar a la Comadreja. Menonita le da empleo a Toño, como barrendero de la peluquería. Chueco se indigna la ver el empleo de su hijo, pero Toño le asegura que en menos de un año va a superar lo que él ha hecho en toda una vida. Daniel consigue el expediente de la Comadreja y va hasta su casa para ayudarlo, pero encuentra el cadáver de Lizeth, la novia de la Comadreja. La Comadreja llega en ese momento y piensa que fue Dandy quien la asesinó. La Comadreja huye y, temiendo que Dandy lo mate siguiendo órdenes, decide suicidarse. Daniel queda muy impactado por la muerte que no pudo evitar.

El Chueco se queja con la Güera porque no le da su lugar en la organización. Lety aborda muy mal el tema de la primera vez con Emilia y no logra comunicarse con su hija. La Güera, enojado porque Daniel no le avisó que había encontrado a la Comadreja, amenaza con matarlo; el Chueco interviene y le asegura que él lo mandó con la Comadreja. La Güera les da otra oportunidad. El Menonita encara a Deyanira y queda muy molesto al saber que las bragas que le dio Toño no eran de ella sino de Amaranta. Serch se frustra al saber que Emilia es virgen y que todavía no está lista. El Chueco le advierte a Dandy que tiene que informarle todo lo que haga. La Güera ordena al Esquimal volverse la sombra del Dandy para saber si esconde algo. Díaz recomienda a Daniel ir a ver a Itzel y averiguar si el Chueco es el asesino del Colorado. Revisan la autopsia del Colorado, en la que aparece una pequeña dosis de un relajante muscular y una ampliación de la huella del zapato del posible asesino, que tiene un diseño exclusivo. Daniel logra colarse al closet del Chueco en casa de María Luisa, pero no encuentra el modelo de la huella del zapato. Luego revisa en casa de Fidela y se lleva unas pastillas que le resultan sospechosas. Emilia descubre que Alex husmeo en su computadora y le reclama a Lety por leer sus mensajes. Discuten y Emilia busca a Serch decidida a acostarse con él, entonces se decepciona al encontrarlo en una situación comprometedora con su amiga Isabel. Lety la consuela. El Esquimal confronta al Dandy con la Trucha, quien dice que no lo conoce. Valiéndose de su memoria fotográfica y de los excesos de droga que consume La Trucha, Dandy logra convencerlo de que fueron amigos en la cárcel. Itzel llega al departamento del Dandy, quien por estar en compañía del Esquimal y la Trucha, la besa y la presenta como su novia. La Güera se convence de que el Dandy es ley y decide mantenerlo en la organización. Díaz le confirma a Daniel que las pastillas del Chueco coinciden con los calmantes encontrados en el cuerpo del Colorado. El Menonita contempla la peluquería de su padre como su próximo imperio; al subir los pies en el escritorio, descubrimos que la suela tiene el diseño de la huella del presunto asesino.

Vemos cómo se ejecutó el asesinato del Colorado: Deyanira, disfrazada de bailarina, droga al Colorado usando las pastillas del Chueco, luego presiona la mano del Menonita que perfora con la navaja la garganta del Colorado. Daniel pasa un tiempo con su familia, pero se siente como un intruso. Emilia le reclama su ausencia, pero Daniel habla con ella y terminan en buenos términos. El Negro amenaza a Menonita e indaga sobre sus intenciones con Deyanira. Convencido de las buenas intenciones del Menonita y de los posibles beneficios de una relación entre él y su hija, la incita a salir con él. Daniel conoce al vecino, Jorge, y siente que su relación con Lety puede estar en riesgo. Deyanira acepta salir con el Menonita, y lo chantajea con entregarle a La Güera la foto de la navaja con la que él asesinó a su tío. Ortega interroga al Chueco, al Esquimal, a Daniel y a La Güera, tratando de sacarles alguna información sobre el asesinato del Colorado, pero no consigue nada. Amaranta sufre al saber que el Dandy tiene otra novia e inventa que la ilusionó y se acostó con ella. Durante los interrogatorios, la Güera se entera que el Colorado tenía en su cuerpo la misma sustancia que se encuentra en unas pastillas que él mismo vende. Amenaza al Esquimal, y este le asegura que es el Chueco quien toma esas pastillas para sus achaques. Daniel dice a Diaz que el Chueco será el siguiente muerto si no hacen nada, porque seguro la Güera ya tiene información de la policía. La Güera interroga al Esquimal y se entera que El Chueco toma las pastillas con las que mataron al Colorado. Dandy pide al Chueco que confíe en él y le diga cómo hizo lo del Colorado para poder ayudarlo, pero el Chueco, furioso, le reclama haber mancillado el honor de su hija. La Güera pide a Toño que le diga a su padre que lo quiere ver; le dice que él siempre lo ha visto como a un hijo y ahora que su padre no esté, seguirá viendo por él. Toño en shock.

Toño lleno de culpa, intentando que el Chueco huya, pregunta a su padre si es feliz y le propone retomar los planes de abrir un hotel en la playa. Deyanira dice al Negro que ella quiso hacer las cosas bien con el Menonita pero él solo quería acostarse con ella. El Negro furioso reclama al Menonita. Toño pide dinero prestado al Dandy, pero después termina confesando que el dinero es para que el Chueco huya, pues La Güera lo quiere matar. Al enterarse, El Chueco decide que no saldrá huyendo y que morirá con honor. A su manera se despide de sus esposas. Emilia anima a Lety para retomar sus estudios. Ortega le aclara a Daniel que fue él quien le dio el dato de las pastillas a la Güera. Daniel furioso. Toño roba el arma del homicidio del Colorado y se la lleva al Menonita. Al darse cuenta del robo, Deyanira se enfrenta al Menonita y termina contándole a La Güera que fue él quien mató al Colorado. Dandy descubre que el Chueco no es el asesino y se dispone a impedir su asesinato. Por su parte, María luisa y Fidela deciden unir fuerzas, pues ambas corren el riesgo de quedarse viudas. Lety por fin se anima a inscribirse la universidad. El Chueco llega al antro listo para morir, pero para su sorpresa la Güera le regala una serpiente y anuncia que el Negro quedará a cargo de los negocios del Colorado. Todos, incluido el Dandy, quedan desconcertados con el anuncio y al saber que además Deyanira y Menonita se van a casar.

María Luisa llega al Sexy Hall preocupada por la vida del Chueco, pero al encontrarlo con una bailarina se pone furiosa y lo amenaza con un arma. El Esquimal logra calmarla. El Negro anuncia que estará a cargo del Sexy Hall y que Deyanira y Menonita van a casarse. El Chueco ve todo con recelo y le pide al Negro mejores oportunidades de trabajo para él. El Negro encomienda al Chueco y al Dandy para que investiguen sobre un tal Richi, que supuestamente vende televisiones y electrodomésticos, pide que se lo traigan. El Chueco y el Dandy se ponen en la tarea de contactar a Richi, pero descubren que en realidad falsifica billetes. Deyanira coquetea con Toño para tenerlo de su lado y él parece caer ante sus encantos. Yolanda, la mamá de Lety, llega de visita por unos días. María Luisa le confía a Toño que ha recibido una buena suma de dinero gracias a una herencia, y que tiene planes para iniciar un negocio. Daniel y el Chueco esperan al Richi para capturarlo y, aunque Daniel intenta ayudarlo para que escape, el Chueco termina llevándoselo. Lety recrimina a Yolanda por fumar a escondidas después de haber sufrido de cáncer. Ortega y varios oficiales detienen al Richi y, entre armas sembradas en la bodega, encuentran la navaja que acabó con la vida del Colorado. En la casa del Chueco, Daniel ve con sorpresa en las noticias como el Richi supuestamente aceptó ser el asesino del Colorado. Horas antes, en la peluquería, el Chueco golpea fuertemente al Richi, y la Güera y el Negro le advierten que si quiere seguir con vida, debe declararse culpable de homicidio.

Richi, amenazado por la güera y el negro, confiesa que él mató al Colorado. Daniel sabe que es un montaje para encubrir al verdadero asesino y lo comenta con sus jefes. Ellos le piden que deje las cosas así, aun si no es cierto, así su cubierta estará segura. Él se molesta. Deyanira muestra a Fidela y Amaranta el anillo de compromiso, mientras su padre y el de Menonita planean la boda. A Fidela le cortan la luz por falta de pago. Ante la detención del Richi, el Chueco consigue un reemplazo, a quién Daniel sabotea su trabajo. Consiguiendo otro candidato que falsifique dinero, con la idea de que pueda ser la clave que lleve a la policía a conocer la red de negocios, que opera en Tepito y la Zona Rosa. Yolanda pregunta a Lety si está interesada en Jorge. María Luisa cacha al Chueco robándole dinero y le confiesa que recibió una herencia. Luego de enterarse que el dinero que iba a hurtar es para la casa de Fidela, se pone furiosa. Lety organiza un asado y Jorge le ayuda en todo lo que puede. Se nota una atracción entre los dos. María Luisa y Fidela se encuentran y se quejan de que el Chueco no aporta dinero. María Luisa dice que tiene dinero para invertir, pero no tiene local. Fidela le propone asociarse porque ella sí tiene un local. El chueco queda extrañado con la nueva alianza. Daniel convence al Negro y a la Güera de probar a Rocío como falsificadora y consigue que ésta ingrese a la red. Será su aliada. El Chueco se siente traicionado al enterarse que Dandy propuso un falsificador sin avisarle. Lety está decepcionada y enojada porque Pepe no llega al asado, cuando él llega tienen una discusión, pero terminan haciendo el amor. Mientras tanto, Emilia le descubre un informe médico oncológico a su abuela.

"Los Watts" es un nuevo grupo de delincuentres que empieza a secuestrar en el territorio del Negro, su primera víctima es Diego Durand, hijo de un senador, a quien se llevan de un bar gay. Juanito pertenece a este grupo y como respeto al Negro le lleva dinero por este trabajo. Sin embargo, al Negro no le gusta que hayan secuestrado en su territorio y a punto de matarlo a golpes prefiere dejarlo con vida por intervención del Dandy y mandarlo a su jefe con un mensaje. Emilia se entera que su abuela tiene unos exámenes medicos y no va a la escuela pues prefiere acompañarla. Lety la regaña por haber faltado a la escuela. Al pelear con sus mujeres, el Chueco se refugia en la casa del Dandy. Daniel pasa un tiempo con su familia y trata de estar con Lety lo más que puede, pero ella firme le demuestra que también tiene prioridades como sus estudios. Alex va mal en matemáticas y Daniel le promete pasar más tiempo con él para ayudarlo a estudiar. María Luisa y Fidela siguen con su proyecto de formar un negocio. Las dos finalmente se ponen de acuerdo y montan una juguería/sexshop, un lugar único en la zona. Daniel se encarga del negocio de los billetes falsificados y se entiende con Deyanira en este asunto. A medida que pasa el tiempo Deyanira y Dandy se empiezan a volver más cercanos. Chueco se encuentra con sus mujeres y les ofrece dinero con tal que vuelvan a las casas de cada una, pero ellas se niegan. Jorge le ayuda a Alex con su tarea y Lety celosa de ver la relación de pareja entre Jorge y Marcela se enoja. Yolanda lo nota y le dice que ya se dio cuenta que le gusta Jorge. Lety se enfada y lastima a su mamá con sus palabras. El Negro manda a Daniel y al Esquimal para que lleven a varias bailarinas del Sexy Hall a un show privado en un hotel con gente de mucho dinero. El trabajo resulta ser en realidad una trampa de la policía con agentes encubiertos. Daniel parece preocupado, pues no los reconoce. El Esquimal logra escapar pero el Dandy y las bailarinas son detenidos.

El Esquimal logra escapar de la policía de migración, e informa al Negro de la captura del Dandy y las bailarinas. Daniel, con argumentos sustentados trata de explicar a Cardoso que está equivocado. Al escuchar la declaración del esquimal, el negro se pone furioso. Daniel logra hablar con Ortega, quien le ordena que no revele su verdadera identidad. Fidela y María Luisa están muy preocupadas porque las bailarinas son sus clientas y están detenidas, precisamente para el día de la inauguración. La Güera, el Negro, Chueco y Menonita quedan sorprendidos al ver el video de los Watts dónde son amenazados y se enteran y que la captura de las bailarinas de Dandy fue tan solo una advertencia de su parte. Cardoso ofrece a Nastia que si declara que el Dandy es un tratante, le dará la nacionalidad mexicana. Cardoso no puede amedrentar a Daniel pues sabe de leyes. Menonita discute con su padre porque no está de acuerdo en entrar al negocio del secuestro. Itzel le ayuda a Daniel para ver a Nastia y convencerla de que no declare en su contra. Además visita a Lety para informarle que por cuestiones de trabajo, Pepe va a estar ausente algunos días. Yolanda le confiesa a Emilia que le regresó el cáncer y que no quiere pasar sus últimos días en un hospital. Menonita propone a Toño asociarse con los Secuestradores. Toño duda porque sabe que la Güera y al Chueco no estarían de acuerdo. María Luisa salva la inauguración de "sexy juice" llevando clientes al local. El Sexy Hall está con muy poca clientela debido a la escasez de bailarinas extranjeras. Daniel es liberado y exige a Díaz que le ayude a Nastia a recuperar a su hijo. Toño propone a Deyanira fugarse con él, le dice que hará un negocio. Itzel informa a Daniel que su suegra se puso mal y está en el hospital. Menonita se las ingenia para engañar a Toño y le dice que como se tardó en decidir si entraba o no al negocio, ahora tendrá que aparentar que es experto en secuestros. Ortega recupera al hijo de Nastia. Daniel llega al hospital, se encuentra con su familia, Yolanda despierta y pide que la saquen de ahí porque no quiere pasar sus últimos días en un hospital.

Menonita y Toño hablan con Don Heriberto, el jefe de los Watts y acuerdan trabajar con él en los secuestros de la zona. El senador Durand no acepta la ayuda del Procurador Lagos y prefiere encargarse personalmente del rescate de su hijo. Yolanda, al enterarse que le regreso el cáncer, prefiere pasar sus últimos días alrededor de la familia que someterse a más tratamientos. Lety discute con ella al creer que se está dando por vencida, pero Daniel le hace ver que es una decisión que sólo Yolanda puede tomar. Fidela y María Luisa le ayudan a Deyanira a hacer casting para contratar nuevas bailarinas en el Sexy Hall. El Chueco conquista a Fidela y María Luisa por aparte sin que ninguna sepa que la otra tiene amoríos nuevamente con él. Esperanzado con que pronto pueda viajar con Deyanira a algún lugar, Toño le entrega un dinero que recibió sin que ella sepa que es un adelanto de Menonita por entrar al negocio del secuestro. Daniel trata de renunciar a su trabajo de infiltrado al saber que a Yolanda le queda poco tiempo de vida. Sin embargo, Itzel le hace caer en cuenta que al quedarse desempleado tendría muchas preocupaciones y gastos. Daniel habla con Lety y deciden a su pesar que él siga con su trabajo. El senador Durand hace un trato con el Negro para rescatar a Diego. En un bando con sus hombres, incluyendo a Daniel y al Chueco piensa rescatar al joven y hacerles después una emboscada a los Watts para acabar con ellos e impedir que sigan trabajando en la zona. En otro bando, Don Heriberto con sus hombres, Menonita y Toño enmascarados piensan devolver a Diego y recibir el dinero por su liberación. Pero al momento del intercambio, el Menonita reconoce al Chueco y da aviso a Don Heriberto, lo que resulta en una balacera de los dos bandos. En medio de los disparos, Chueco dispara en una pierna a uno de los hombres de Heriberto, que sin saberlo es Toño. Sin embargo, todos los hombres de Don Heriberto logran escapar y el rescate del hijo del senador Durand termina en un desastre.

Antes de comenzar el operativo de rescate todos los hombres del Negro deben entregar sus celulares, incluido Dandy que tiene en su teléfono un GPS incrustado. Díaz, al no recibir coordenadas de su colega decide ir al Sexy Hall disfrazado de oficinista. Deyanira lo corre, pero antes de irse, llega la camioneta de donde ve salir al personal del operativo. Díaz cruza una mirada rápida con Dandy y le da un gran alivio saber que está a salvo. El rescate fue un fracaso. Marcela le dice a Lety que tiene que respetar la decisión de Yolanda, le dice que la apoyará en lo que haga falta y la anima. También le cuenta que se irá de fin de semana con Jorge, noticia que no le agrada mucho a Lety. Durand furioso por el fracaso del rescate amenaza al Negro. Toño malherido se desangra. Díaz queda sorprendido cuando Dandy le informa que la operación secreta, era el rescate de hijo del Durand. El senador se tranquiliza al saber que su hijo está vivo, pero por incumplir el trato, don Heriberto duplica la suma del rescate ahora por 10 millones de pesos. Yolanda agradece a Daniel todas las atenciones, Daniel responde que quien estará por siempre agradecido con ella es él. Mientras María Luisa y Amaranta leen las cartas, descubren a Toño mal herido en la trastienda. La Zona Rosa es invadida por la Policía, Ortega dice a Dandy que todo eso es por Durand, en represalia contra el Negro. El Chueco no acepta llevar a Toño al hospital y llama a un Médico que es un borracho y lo único que hace es provocarle una hemorragia. Itzel se da cuenta de que Amaranta la siguió. Amaranta le propone ser amigas y la invita a cenar. Marcela se desilusiona ya que Jorge decide posponer el viaje con el pretexto de apoyar a Lety y a Yolanda quien se da cuenta de las miradas de Jorge y Lety. Don Heriberto se entera de que el Menonita es hijo de la Güera y cree que lo está traicionando. Yolanda le dice a Jorge, que sabe de sus intenciones con Lety y le pide que piense bien antes de destruir a su familia. Menonita jura a don Heriberto que su padre no tiene idea de que está colaborando con él y este le dice que le van a demostrar a su padre que ya es todo un hombrecito. Daniel, Chueco y María Luisa llegan con Toño a la clínica, pero parece que ya es tarde.

Toño muy débil y malherido es ingresado al quirófano por su herida de bala. Fidela le reclama al Negro haber enviado al Esquimal a que le cobrara por la "protección" como hacen con todos los demás locales de la zona. Daniel le cuenta a Díaz sus sospechas de que Toño tuvo algo que ver con la liberación fallida de Diego Durand y la balacera que se desató esa noche. Yolanda le confiesa a Emilia que el amor de su vida no fue su esposo sino un hombre francés llamado Jacques. Por medio de una red social, Emilia encuentra al nieto de este hombre y Yolanda ve en una foto a Jacques después de muchos años. Deyanira con sus tácticas de manipulación logra que Toño le cuente por qué está herido de bala. Ella va y le hace el reclamo a Menonita por aliarse con Los Watts y poner a varios en peligro. Menonita desesperado le cuenta que Don Heriberto lo tiene amenazado para que le entregue a la Güera. Deyanira le propone ayudarlo e ingenian un plan a cambio de que se cancele su boda. Marcela le cuenta a Lety que Jorge terminó con ella y le pide que le ayude a averiguar por qué lo hizo. Inducida por Díaz y Ortega, Itzel se hace pasar nuevamente por la novia del Dandy y tiene una cena con él en compañía del Chueco y Amaranta. Menonita empieza a ejecutar el plan que creó con Deyanira y le da a Don Heriberto el lugar donde la Güera supuestamente va a tener una cita con el dentista. Gracias a su memoria fotográfica, Daniel recuerda la placa de la camioneta de Los Watts en la noche del intercambio y le pide a Rafiki, un amigo de la infancia, que le ayude a encontrar de donde proviene. Rafiki le da la información a Daniel quien llega hasta la guarida de Los Watts con el Esquimal. Daniel se cuela en la cantina y ve como Menonita droga a los sicarios que lo están custodiando y le dispara a uno de ellos. Luego ve como Menonita con intenciones de volar el lugar, abre las hornillas de la estufa y deja que el gas se esparza y después saca al secuestrado que escondían en el sitio. Menonita mete a Diego Durand en la cajuela de su auto y al ver llegar a Don Heriberto se prepara para disparar y hacer estallar la cantina. Sin embargo, una grúa llega para llevarse su auto y este se detiene. El Esquimal observa todo desde la calle mientras que Daniel queda atrapado en su escondite pues Don Heriberto entra a la cantina. Menonita no sabe qué hacer.

Al descubrir que Menonita mata a uno de los hombres de Los Watts y se lleva a su secuestrado: Diego Durand. Don Heriberto, pide la cabeza de Menonita. Mientras Dandy y el Esquimal alcanzan a ver a Menonita en el lugar de los hechos. Yolanda se prepara para ver a Jacques, Emilia emocionada por su abuela la ayuda a arreglarse y la acompaña a su encuentro. Díaz comenta con Ortega que según la trayectoria de la bala es imposible que Toño se haya herido a sí mismo. Sospechan que sea cómplice de Los Watts ya que la única balacera que se registró fue la del rescate fallido del hijo del Senador. Daniel y el Esquimal informan al Negro y a la Güera que dieron con el escondite y que vieron a Menonita. La Güera furioso está a punto de matarlo, pero Menonita le explica que dio con Diego Durand y lo rescató él solo. El Negro entrega al senador Durand a su hijo sano y salvo, y le recuerda sus condiciones. Daniel comenta a Díaz que está seguro de que Toño y el Menonita están involucrados con Los Watts. Díaz le dice que sus sospechas son ciertas, que Toño fue herido durante el fallido rescate y quien le disparó fue ni más ni menos que el Chueco. El Negro contento con la hazaña de su futuro yerno. Le comenta a Deyanira que dejó como idiota al Dandy que también estuvo en el lugar. Fidela va a visitar a Toño a la clínica y se encuentra en pleno romance a María Luisa y al Chueco. Deyanira busca a Dandy para investigar qué tanto sabe y de paso provocarlo. Yolanda se encuentra con Jacques en el lugar en el que se conocieron. Jorge confiesa a Lety que Marcela sólo fue un pretexto para acercarse a ella. Daniel interroga a Toño exponiéndolo a todos los hechos que cree saber que él cometió. Al mencionar la muerte de Colorado, Toño explota y dice que ese milagrito no se lo van a colgar a él porque entre Deyanira y el Menonita mataron al Colorado.

Después de la confesión que Toño le hace a Daniel en la Clínica, Toño es detenido y llevado a la procuraduría donde es interrogado por Ortega. Tras mucho presionarlo, Toño no cede y no declara en contra de ninguno de los miembros de la banda. Menonita le pide a su papá que le permita romper el compromiso con Deyanira. La Güera sabe que Deyanira tuvo algo que ver en eso y habla con ella, seduciéndola con el poder que tendrían al unirse las dos familias. Fidela deja por fuera a María Luisa del local " Sexy Juice" en venganza por su traición con el Chueco. Lety le pide a Jorge que no recoja a Alex en el colegio y que no se vuelvan a ver, dadas las circunstancias entre ellos. Toño llama a Deyanira y le cuenta en clave que el Dandy tiene información que los compromete a ellos. Deyanira trata de seducir al Dandy para manipularlo y saber qué tanto sabe, pero él detiene sus avances. Jacques va a visitar a Yolanda y salen a dar un paseo, felices. Deyanira le avisa a Menonita que Dandy es de cuidado y que tienen que usar otro plan con él, así que Menonita le da mucho dinero al Dandy a cambio de su silencio sobre su alianza con Los Watts. Toño logra salir de la cárcel y le cuenta a Menonita que el Dandy también sabe sobre el asesinato del Colorado. Menonita se queda muy preocupado. Deyanira hace que Amaranta lleve a Itzel al "Sexy Juice". En ese momento, Fidela recibe una llamada que le informa como María Luisa está repartiendo volantes frente a su casa que la desacreditan. Fidela sale apresurada con Amaranta, dejando sola a Deyanira con Itzel quien ve una oportunidad para aprovechar. El Esquimal le cuenta al Chueco que Dandy recibió mucho dinero de Menonita por algo que desconoce y el Chueco furioso le reclama a Dandy. El Chueco busca por todo el departamento y efectivamente encuentra un maletín lleno de dinero. Dandy le confiesa al Chueco toda la verdad sobre Los Watts y la muerte del Colorado. Toño llama al Dandy y le pide que se vean en el "Sexy Juice". Daniel ignora que en el local también están Deyanira y Menonita con Itzel, a quien tienen amarrada y encañonada.

En el local de Fidela, Itzel se encuentra atada y Toño se pone muy violento con ella. Daniel es citado por Toño y discute con el Chueco porque él quiere acompañarlo a ver a su hijo. El Cíclope aparece en el Sexy Hall y deja un recado al negro por medio del Esquimal, quien queda en shock, al enterarse que su enemigo está libre. Daniel llega al local de Fidela y se da cuenta de que Deyanira, Menonita y Toño tienen a Itzel amarrada. Menonita le pregunta, cómo se enteró de la muerte del Colorado a lo que Daniel responde que fue Toño quien se lo dijo cuando estaba herido y drogado. El Chueco llega al local y los encuentra a todos apuntándose entre sí con las armas, pero al final los Logra convencer de que tal vez la intención de Los Watts es justo sembrar cizaña entre ellos para dividirlos y les dice que se tienen que unir para acabarlos. Cuando están en el parque, Jacques le muestra a Yolanda los boletos para el viaje que harán juntos a Europa. Yolanda se ve muy emocionada. Por causa de lo sucedido en el local de Fidela, Itzel le dice a Ortega que no piensa seguir con la farsa de ser la novia del Dandy. El Chueco logra que Fidela se vaya de vacaciones para quedarse con el local como cuartel y así seguir con el propósito de acabar con Los Watts. Itzel llega donde Daniel y " lo truena" frente al Menonita y Deyanira. El Negro pide ayuda a la Güera para encontrar al Cíclope. La gente del Menonita logra agarrar a Rubén, un chalán de Los Watts, que les informa que se llevará a cabo una gran fiesta en la que estará don Heriberto. Menonita propone acabar con Los Watts en la fiesta. Al Negro se le acaba la valentía cuando está frente al Cíclope quien lo amenaza con contar lo que hacía en la cárcel. Díaz le dice al Dandy que tiene que ir a la fiesta de la Santa Muerte, de lo contrario sospecharían de él. Durante la procesión, la policía captura a un doble de don Heriberto. Jacques va a cenar a casa de Lety, cuando se va, la abuela Yolanda tiene una crisis y se desmaya. Don Heriberto está a punto de matar a Toño y al Chueco, pero en ese momento aparece Dandy y le dispara hasta matarlo.

El Chueco y Toño entierran el cadáver de Don Heriberto ante un muy afectado Dandy. Manipulado por el Cíclope, el Negro le habla de él a la Güera para incorporarlo a la banda. Ortega investiga la balacera en el "Sexy Juice" y Fidela y María Luisa se echan la culpa una a la otra de lo que pasó. Daniel se entera que Lety y Jorge pelearon y sospechoso le pregunta a su esposa que sucedió pero ella se lo oculta. Deyanira le propone a Menonita que sigan con los planes de la boda. Itzel va a visitar a Daniel a la casa de su familia pero él no es capaz de contarle lo que pasó en el tiroteo. El Cíclope llega al "Sexy Hall" con voz de mando y el Negro impulsado por Deyanira finalmente logra amenazarlo y echarlo del lugar. María Luisa contacta a la Tía Teresita, la verdadera dueña del local de Fidela y le muestra que Fidela está acabando con el local. Daniel finalmente le confiesa a Díaz que mató a Don Heriberto. Díaz solidario lo ayuda a manejar la culpa. Toño se entera que Menonita y Deyanira siguen con sus planes de bodas y se molesta. El Negro reparte los "aguinaldos" entre sus hombres y al Dandy le regala una pistola como premio especial por haber acabado con Don Heriberto. Esquimal se molesta al no recibir suficiente dinero por su "aguinaldo" se encuentra en el baño con el Cíclope quien le entrega un sobre para el Negro. La tía Teresita llega a la casa de Fidela y molesta porque Fidela apoya al Chueco y además tampoco le paga nada de renta por la vivienda, le saca los muebles de la casa. El Esquimal le entrega el sobre al Negro el cual contiene fotos del abuso sexual al que fue sometido el Negro en la cárcel. El Esquimal le recuerda al Negro que él es un hombre leal y el Negro agradecido le promete incrementar su "aguinaldo." Daniel parece seguir en un trance por haber asesinado a Don Heriberto e Itzel preocupada lo lleva a la morgue para que vea el cadáver y le diga qué siente. Daniel explota y le dice a Itzel que el que murió no fue Don Heriberto sino José Montaño, pues el único que queda es el Dandy.

Itzel señala que la culpa está creando en Daniel un conflicto de identidad muy serio, por ello Daniel no puede regresar a la misión, a pesar de la urgencia de Ortega y Díaz, y pasará unos días en su casa. Amaranta no puede creer que la tía Teresita les haya quitado todo y se hayan quedado en la calle. Fidela decide pedir ayudar al Chueco. El Negro le da dinero al Esquimal para que mantenga la boca cerrada acerca del Ciclope. Ortega pide a Díaz que tenga monitoreado a Daniel, ya que está "inestable". Lety, al ver el estado de ánimo de Daniel, le dice que no sabe cómo ayudarlo. El Chueco no puede ayudar a Fidela y el Negro le da asilo en el Sexy Hall. Yolanda sufre dolores insoportables, Daniel promete ayudarla a sentirse mejor pensando en conseguir morfina ilegal. Lety lo acepta. Busca al Esquimal para que se la venda. Toño con síndrome de abstinencia se da cuenta de la compra de Daniel al Esquimal. El Chueco furioso porque encuentra al Negro y a Fidela en una situación comprometedora. Sandy, un travesti le muestra un flyer al Negro con la foto del Cíclope, que está circulando. Yolanda da a Emilia una lista de ingredientes para celebrar navidad antes de tiempo y enseñarle a su familia a preparar la cena. El Esquimal jura al Negro que él no difundió las fotografías y menos su secreto homosexual. El Chueco le dice al Negro que le va a llevar al Cíclope a cambio de que él no comparta con Fidela. Toño le roba la droga al Dandy lo que hace que se dé cuenta que la droga que le vendió el Esquimal fue Metanfetamina. Lety queda en shock cuando Yola le dice que quiere tener una muerte digna, pero no puede hacerlo sin su ayuda. Deyanira le dice a Dandy que ella lo llevará a donde puede conseguir la droga que busca. El Chueco lleva al Cíclope ante el Negro, pero a este le da un ataque de pánico y no puede matarlo. Toño llega drogadísimo al antro, se topa con Sandy, la travesti. Le dice que esa noche se llamará Deyanira y se besan. El Chueco sacado de onda porque Fidela lleva todas sus cosas a casa de María Luisa. Deyanira engaña al Dandy y lo droga. Le dice que no ha alcanzado a descifrarlo y tal vez en esta ocasión puedan hablar sin máscaras.

Daniel deambula por la calle después de estar en contacto con la droga que Deyanira le dio. A causa de la droga cree ver a Don Heriberto con vida. Díaz se da cuenta y lo detiene, además va en busca de Itzel para pedirle un consejo. Después de pasado el efecto de la droga, Daniel les explica que en realidad la sustancia era para Yolanda y no para él. Itzel y Díaz le creen. Sin embargo, Ortega alcanza a escuchar que Daniel pudo haber consumido algún tipo de droga y le ordena una prueba antidoping. María Luisa furiosa le reclama al Chueco que lleve a vivir a Fidela y Amaranta a la casa. Pero luego, cambia de estrategia y se da cuenta que tiene ventaja pues es su casa y ella impone las reglas. Menonita le reclama al Negro por no hacer nada en contra de los rumores que andan corriendo acerca de su supuesta homosexualidad pues está perdiendo liderazgo. El Negro encuentra a Etel, una de las bailarinas, burlándose de él por su supuesta orientación sexual. El Negro la abofetea delante de todos y amenaza a los presentes con matarlos si escucha algo más en contra de él. Toño despierta con una resaca terrible en uno de los privados del Sexy Hall y se da cuenta que pasó la noche con Sandy, el travesti y que este le robo el dinero de su cartera. Primavera, la cigarrera del Sexy Hall le endulza el oído al Negro subiéndole el ego y diciéndole lo mucho que lo admira. Yolanda habla con Lety y los niños y les dice que quisiera tener la eutanasia. Las peleas entre María Luisa y Fidela no se hacen esperar y el Chueco no puede mantener a las dos contentas. Díaz le inyecta a Daniel de su orina en la vejiga para que pase la prueba antidoping y no tenga problemas en la Procuraduría. Deyanira le reclama a su padre que no se dé el lugar entre sus hombres y no pare de una buena vez los rumores que tienen contra él. Primavera llega e interviene en la reunión entre padre e hija. Deyanira la echa pero el Negro la defiende, haciendo que Deyanira se retire furiosa. El Negro tiene relaciones con Primavera y su ego de macho vuelve a elevarse. El Cíclope llega a visitar al Negro y este sintiéndose más seguro gracias a su encuentro con Primavera, lo apuñala violentamente en la entrepierna repetidas veces. Daniel entra a la recámara de Yolanda y descubre para tristeza suya que la abuela falleció.

El Chueco y el Esquimal van a entregar a Héctor "su aguinaldo", pero los sorprende un trío de Santas que se llevan todo el dinero. Lety y su familia regresan del funeral de Yolanda con la urna de las cenizas. Ortega se enoja con Díaz porque no está de acuerdo en que Montaño no trabaje en Navidad. El Negro furioso con eL Chueco y el Esquimal, debido a que se llevaron el dinero y no saben qué sucedió. Héctor reclama a la Güera haber organizado el auto asalto para no pagarle a su gente. La Güera le dice que no sabe de qué le habla, pero le asegura que tendrá su dinero. Alex agobiado porque fue él quien le dio la idea a la abuela de escribir una carta a Jacques para que se despidiera de él y ahora no sabe qué más iba a poner en la carta. Amaranta se da cuenta de que Toño está muy mal. Fidela y María Luisa en tregua debido al mal estado de Toño. Al Chueco se le ocurre mezclar dinero falsificado con el bueno para poder cubrir la cantidad que tienen que entregar a la Policía. Daniel se lamenta con Marcela por perderse tantos detalles de su familia. Daniel se pone celoso cuando llega Jorge a darles el pésame. Emilia informa a Jacques Jr. que su abuela falleció. Rocío queda en jaque cuando el Negro le pide una cantidad exorbitante para esa misma noche. Rocío le informa a Díaz y le pide que active al Dandy. Lety y Daniel discuten por Jorge. Jacques Jr. muestra a Emilia recuerdos de su de su abuelo con Yolanda en donde Emilia encuentra la frase que Yolanda dejó inconclusa. Díaz aprueba la idea de Daniel, a quien pide que corra la voz para que los "colaboradores" se enteren de que hay dinero falso en los aguinaldos y a Rocío le pide que deje alguna marca en los billetes para identificarlos. Rocío muy enojada les dice que los hace directamente responsables si le llega a pasar algo. Héctor reparte el dinero y uno de sus oficiales se da cuenta de que hay dinero falso. Daniel informa al Chueco que su madrina murió, el Chueco lo invita a cenar con "sus familias". Héctor furioso regresa el dinero a la Güera, le dice que le quisieron pagar con dinero falso y ha perdido al mejor de sus colaboradores. El Dandy memoriza su rostro. Dandy dice a Díaz que la mafia va sobre Rocío. Díaz dice a Dandy que se vaya a su cena porque él ya tiene a un policía de élite para que vaya por ella. Descubrimos que es Héctor quien anteriormente reclamo el dinero a la Güera.

Daniel planea pasar navidad con su familia, pero no logra estar con ellos pues se da cuenta que Robledo, quien va a proteger a Rocío, es un policía corrupto y la vida de su compañera corre peligro. Deyanira, deja la cena de la Güera al molestarse por la ausencia de su padre y prefiere ir a pasar navidad en la casa del Chueco. Menonita se enfurece por la actitud de Deyanira, la pareja discute y él se pone violento. Robledo lleva a Rocío a un hotel y ella empieza a sospechar de él. Uno de los policías corruptos le cuanta al Esquimal que fue Robledo quien planeó el asalto de los "Santa Claus". Jorge le regala a Lety un libro con las iniciales de ella grabadas y Emilia y Marcela observan el detalle con algo de recelo. Robledo se desenmascara ante Rocío al ella no quererle compartir información sobre la operación y empieza a torturarla. El Negro llama a Robledo y le dice que ya sabe que fue él el autor del robo. Acuerdan entonces verse pues Robledo le dice al Negro que él tiene policías infiltrados en su organización. El Negro decide ir a la cita de Robledo acompañado por el Chueco. Daniel, preocupado por Rocío y sin saber el lugar de la cita con Robledo, coquetea con Deyanira y se besan hasta que logra ver en un papel la dirección del punto de encuentro. Díaz y Daniel llegan al hotel donde está Rocío justo en el momento en que llevada por las torturas de Robledo, delata la identidad del Dandy. Díaz le dispara en el brazo a Robledo y se encuentran en el dilema si llevarlo a la Procuraduría o no, pues eso pondría en sobre aviso a los demás policías corruptos. El Negro y el Chueco son demorados en su camino a la cita por policías de tránsito, ordenados por Ortega. Robledo aún herido fastidia a Rocío y ella en un arranque le dispara varias veces y lo asesina. Díaz, Daniel y Rocío logran huir sin ser vistos por el Chueco y el Negro quienes se encuentran con el cuerpo sin vida de Robledo. Lety llena de dolor y frustración por la ausencia de Daniel, empaca su ropa y le pide que se vaya de la casa. El Chueco y el Negro encuentran en una bodega el dinero que les había robado Robledo. Lety sale a tomar un café con Jorge y estando muy afectada por la situación con Pepe, terminan besándose. Deyanira llega al departamento del Dandy y le lleva un regalo del Chueco para él. Luego se quita el abrigo y quedando sólo en ropa interior le dice que ese es el regalo que ella tiene para él. Daniel apenas puede controlar la tentación y se besan.

Lagos hace pública la caída de Robledo. Ortega queda muy agobiado porque no le da tiempo para poner en sobre aviso a su gente. El Chueco se preocupa al escuchar al Procurador. Daniel pide a Deyanira que se vaya de su depa, antes de que su suegro le ponga precio a su cabeza. Después de un beso Lety huye de Jorge que insiste en que entre ellos hay algo muy especial. Lety tajante lo niega. Ángel, un policía corrupto, le advierte al Chueco que si no les dan el dinero acordado van a tener muchos problemas. Lety envía un mensaje a Daniel en el que le pide que hablen. Marcela habla con ella y le dice que esta vez la apoya a ella porque Pepe la ha dejado con toda la carga de la familia. El Negro dice al Chueco que tienen que mantener un bajo perfil porque no quiere que la Güera se vaya a enterar de que la información sobre los Policías corruptos salió de su equipo. El Menonita amenaza a Daniel por haber defendido a Deyanira en Nochebuena y porque cree que se la está tirando. Deyanira le dice al Negro que estuvo investigando y cree que el pitazo salió de la misma policía. Fidela y María Luisa siguen discutiendo, esta vez porque María Luisa no está de acuerdo con todo lo que Fidela le da de comer a Amaranta. Ortega, le recuerda a Daniel que no puede involucrarse emocionalmente con nadie, refiriéndose a Deyanira. María Luisa trata de poner en contra de su madre a Amaranta diciéndole que si ella fuera su madre no la atascaría de comida. Jacques consuela a Lety, le dice que aunque Yola se fue, su amor por ella vivirá por siempre. Itzel discute con Díaz porque no está de acuerdo en que hayan alentado a Daniel para tener una relación con Deyanira. El Negro y el Chueco llevan a una de las casas de cambio más efectivo del normal, el encargado les sube la comisión para lavarlo. Amaranta empieza a buscar información sobre dietas y liposucción para bajar de peso. Daniel llega a su casa y pide a sus hijos que lo ayuden a preparar una sorpresa para Lety. Ángel llega con Ortega y le dice que tiene información sobre la mafia que opera en la Zona Rosa a cambio de protección. Daniel da a Lety cierta información sobre su trabajo para recuperar su confianza, le confiesa que tuvo que disparar sobre un hombre en defensa propia. Daniel y Lety hacen el amor, cada uno con sus propias culpas. Al llegar a la casa de cambio, el Chueco se da cuenta que está siendo ocupada por la policía, es pasado por inadvertido y presencia el arresto del encargado.

Al recoger todo el dinero que tenían lavando en las casas de cambio, "la organización" se encuentra en el dilema de qué hacer con tanto dinero en efectivo. Daniel se reconcilia con Lety y hace la repartición tardía de los regalos a su familia. Al hacerlo se entera que Jorge le regaló a Lety un cuaderno muy parecido al que él le dio. Daniel y Díaz buscan escenarios donde la banda pueda invertir su dinero, para que caigan ahora que tienen necesidad de lavar su dinero y no lo pueden seguir haciendo en las casas de cambio. Lety le devuelve a Jorge el cuaderno que le había obsequiado y le dice que ama a Pepe y que quiere luchar por su matrimonio. El Dandy le propone al Negro lavar el dinero a través de las apuestas pero el Negro no accede y prefiere tomar la idea de Deyanira de fraccionar el dinero entre gente de confianza para luego hacerlo girar en negocios pequeños en el barrio. El Chueco esconde el dinero que le dieron a guardar en un sillón arrumado de la casa de María Luisa. Dandy, incita a Amaranta a que venda cachivaches, ella sin saberlo vende el sillón que está lleno de millones. Deyanira seduce al Dandy nuevamente y él trata de contenerse con dificultad. Lety escribe acerca de la pasión y recuerda momentos cercanos de ella con Pepe y luego con Jorge. Se le ve algo confundida. Toño empieza a asistir a Alcohólicos Anónimos. Daniel se entera que la Güera tiene tendencias ludópatas, razón por la cual, Daniel se empecina convencer a la banda a que lave el dinero a través de las apuestas. Luego de que el Negro se entera de la pérdida del dinero que se le dio a guardar al Chueco, accede a que el Dandy se ingenie una forma de lavarlo. El Dandy y el Chueco visitan al Gato, un ex-socio de la Güera que se mueve en el mundo de las apuestas. Aunque al principio parece displicente, luego se muestra muy interesado al escuchar que vienen a proponerle un negocio que tiene que ver con la Güera.

Dandy no puede más y para la pelea en la mansión del Gato. Al Gato no le disgusta la idea de lavar el dinero ni hacer negocios con la Güera. Amaranta confiesa a Toño que quiere dinero para una liposucción y por medio de él, se entera de las anfetaminas. El Menonita dice a Deyanira que adelantó la fecha de la boda y ella le recuerda que la boda es un mero trámite. El Negro insiste al Dandy que la Güera no va a querer meterse con el Gato. El Dandy le apuesta un rubí a que sí. Primavera lo seduce y toma la piedra preciosa. Daniel informa a Díaz que hizo contacto con el Gato. Marcela lee el cuento erótico que Lety empezó a escribir. Jorge muestra a Lety los comics de exofilia de Alex. Lety, descubre a Alex viendo una página pornográfica. Deyanira furiosa porque el Negro puso a Primavera a cargo de la administración del negocio. El Esquimal consigue a Amaranta las anfetaminas, pero a ella no le alcanza para pagarle con dinero. Deyanira, convencida por Daniel, manipula a Menonita para que convenza a la Güera de pactar con el Gato. Daniel visita a Lety y se entera de que Alex desapareció. Daniel furioso porque no estaba enterado actúa por primera vez como matón frente a su familia. Alex aparece después de haber estado con Jorge, a Daniel no le gusta y habla con Alex de hombre a hombre. Al enterarse de que la Güera ya está negociando con el Gato, Daniel dice al Chueco que ellos deberían estar ahí, pero el Gato sólo acepta que esté presente el Dandy, el ego del Chueco se va por los suelos. El Esquimal sorprendido por la seductora forma en que Amaranta decide pagarle. La Güera y el Gato están a punto de cerrar el trato cuando de repente, el Gato lanza una contrapropuesta: Ofrece a la Güera quedarse con el 60% y él, el 40% siempre y cuando el Mayor asista al evento. Daniel sorprendido de escuchar por primera vez que alguien de la mafia menciona al pez más gordo.

El Gato le presenta tres posibles candidatos a la Güera para que sea su luchador en la pelea, pero la Güera escoge a Fredo, "el asesino" Bojórquez, un hombre que parece no tener una buena relación con el Gato. Al ser encontrada una caja de condones en el cuarto de trastes, entre María Luisa y Fidela hacen confesar a Amaranta que tuvo su primera relación con alguien dentro de la casa. Fidela se enfurece ante la situación y le recrimina a su hija su comportamiento. A Lety se le dificulta ocultar sus celos, al saber que Marcela y Jorge están saliendo nuevamente en plan de amigos. La Güera le deja un mensaje al Mayor para invitarlo a la pelea. Daniel y el Chueco van a la oficina del Gato para hacer sus propias apuestas sobre la pelea. Daniel aprovecha y toma fotografías de los bienes de dudosa procedencia del Gato, para justificar la redada que planean hacer con Díaz. Chueco le reclama al Dandy por las fotos que tomó. Daniel improvisa diciéndole al Chueco que el Gato no les está dando cuenta de la totalidad de las apuestas que se están recibiendo y que el Chueco puede usar esta información para quedar bien con el Negro y La Güera. El Chueco queda entonces muy agradecido con el Dandy. En pleno entrenamiento, Fredo cae en el ring de boxeo sin vida. Tiempo después, descubren con las cámaras de seguridad que un chalán del Gato le dio de beber agua justo antes de que falleciera. La Güera junto al Negro van a hacerle el reclamo al Gato pero este se desentiende del problema y le aconseja a la Güera buscar otro luchador o sino perderá por default. Lety le reclama a Jorge que esté ilusionado a Marcela nuevamente. Fidela le cuenta al Chueco lo sucedido con Amaranta y este con mucho dolor habla con su hija, hasta que ella le confiesa que fue el Esquimal con quien tuvo relaciones. El Chueco enfurecido busca al Esquimal en el Sexy Hall y lo golpea, pero llega el Negro y los separa. Daniel escucha a través del monitor de la bebé una llamada telefónica comprometedora entre Lety y Jorge. Daniel confronta a Lety y ella no tiene más que confesarle que Jorge y ella se besaron. Daniel odia corroborar que es cierto lo que escuchó en la llamada.

Lety, acepta que el beso que le dio a Jorge sí cambió lo que siente por él. Daniel furioso lo va a buscar y lo golpea frente a Alex. La Güera con el Negro y el Menonita buscan un peleador, el Menonita propone lanzar a uno de sus hombres para no pagarle al Chai, que pide el 35% de las ganancias. La Güera piensa, y dice que podría ser posible si arreglan la pelea. Alex cree que Daniel le pegó a Jorge por su culpa. Daniel lo abraza y le dice que no es así. El Chueco advierte al Esquimal que si no le pone anillo a Amaranta, mejor no se le vuelva a acercar. Fidela nota la excesiva energía de Amaranta y le pregunta si se está drogando. Deyanira se da cuenta de que falta dinero en la caja del sexy hall. Lety reclama a Daniel haber golpeado a Jorge. Daniel le confiesa que él también estuvo con otra mujer. Deyanira informa al Negro que falta dinero en la caja y que fue Primavera. El procurador Lagos, genuinamente sorprendido, cuando Ortega le informa que a la pelea asistirá el Mayor. La Güera trata de comprar a "Guillotina" pero el Gato se entera y le reclama. El Negro no toma medidas en contra de Primavera, Deyanira furiosa le reclama y él le dice que puede pasar su renuncia por escrito. Deyanira busca al Dandy y lo besa, él la rechaza y le dice que no puede volver a pasar. A ella no le gusta su rechazo y lo amenaza, va dónde Menonita y acusa al Dandy de haber querido abusar de ella. Emilia y Marcela se dan cuenta de que fue Jorge a quien Pepe golpeó. Lagos y Ortega en conferencia con Dandy y Díaz están seguros de que esa noche puede ser el fin de la misión. Lety confiesa a Marcela que Jorge la besó. El Menonita se encarga de pagar al Chai para que no se presente en la pelea. El Esquimal lleva a Amaranta un anillo para decirle que quiere que sea suya para siempre. Amaranta se pone furiosa. La Güera está nervioso y pregunta a Menonita si el Chai está listo, el Menonita le dice que no tiene nada de qué preocuparse. La Güera recibe una llamada que lo hace palidecer. En forma de venganza por el comentario de Deyanira, el Menonita obliga al Dandy a subir al ring apuntándole con una pistola. Emilia dice a Alex que la verdadera razón de la ausencia de Dandy es que su padre descubrió que Lety es amante de Jorge. Todos en la arena se sorprenden cuando ven que quien sube al ring después de la presentación de "Guillotina" es el Dandy. "Guillotina" derriba al Dandy; está a punto de rematarlo cuando se da cuenta que todos en la arena empiezan a huir. El Dandy acompañado por el Chueco queda tirado en la lona inconsciente. La policía llega al lugar en busca de todos los asistentes mafiosos.

El Negro y el Esquimal son salvados de la redada por unos hombres de la Policía Élite enviados por el Mayor. Daniel llega al hospital en estado crítico, por lo que el médico le dice al Chueco que localice a sus familiares. El Chueco se ve con "Noemí" y, muy preocupado, le cuenta que tal vez el Dandy no se salve. Ortega se reúne con Lagos y toman la decisión de centrar su atención y recursos en encontrar a los policías corruptos que ayudaron a escapar al Negro, al Esquimal y muy posiblemente al Mayor. Díaz e Itzel le reclaman a Ortega por la falta de atención a Daniel y la falta de solidaridad para que su familia se entere de su condición. Menonita asesina al Chai para borrar toda prueba de que él fue quien subió al Dandy al ring, y le pide al Esquimal que le ayude a enterrarlo. Aunque el Dandy está inconsciente, Deyanira va al hospital y, muy arrepentida, le pide perdón; pues sabe que en parte es su culpa que él esté en ese estado. Esquimal visita al Gato y le dice que si no olvida la deuda que tiene su jefe, el Mayor se va a encargar de que se quede en la cárcel. Itzel le cuenta a Lety que Daniel está muy grave en el hospital, pero le pide que se mantenga al margen; promete mantenerla al tanto de su estado. En medio de su desespero por saber de Pepe, Lety esconde su celular en el bolso de Itzel y, luego con la ayuda de Alex, rastrea el celular y descubre la clínica donde está. Lagos le informa a Ortega que por el fracaso del operativo todo el personal, incluyéndolo, será investigado. Fidela toma de las supuestas vitaminas de Amaranta y, por su extraño comportamiento, Toño descubre que en realidad son anfetaminas. Lety llega a la clínica, pero es sorprendida por Itzel antes de poder ver a Pepe. Díaz trata de convencerla de que se vaya, pero ante su negativa, él mismo la conduce con su esposo. Lety se recuesta sobre el pecho de Pepe y de repente él parece reaccionar.

Lety, visita a Daniel en la clínica, al despertar su esposo no parece reconocer a nadie. Díaz sabe que tienen que irse, Lety se resiste y él se ve obligado a sacarla de la habitación apuntándole con un arma. Amaranta le acepta a Fidela estar tomando anfetaminas; dice que ya no quiere ser "la gorda". Chueco feliz de ver que Dandy despertó, pero extrañado de que allá nombrado a Lety, en su estado de inconsciencia. En un estado de desesperación, Lety pregunta de qué se trata todo el misterio de su esposo y reclama a Díaz e Itzel el no poder estar con su esposo. Ellos no pueden contarle nada. Daniel despierta, pero no recuerda nada de lo que pasó antes de la pelea. Ortega, presionado por Lagos, explica a Itzel, que debido a la filtración de información acerca de la captura del mayor, rodaran cabezas. La limpia llego y hay que empezar a investigar. Le pide que haga pruebas de confianza a Díaz. La Güera, explica a su gente que gracias a su amistad con el Mayor, el Gato está libre y la deuda con él está en ceros. Díaz se pone furioso cuando se da cuenta de que Itzel le está aplicando una prueba de lealtad. Daniel agradece al Chueco que haya estado con él todo el tiempo en el hospital, le pide que se vaya a descansar. Menonita hace una visita al Dandy quien le dice que no recuerda cómo fue que llegó al ring. Deyanira le advierte al Negro que no quiere a Primavera en su boda; le recuerda que se va a casar por él, no porque le guste el naco del Menonita. Díaz, le cuenta a Daniel que las cosas en la Procu están del carajo porque unos supuestos Policías dejaron ir al Mayor. Fidela dice al Chueco que ya no puede vivir con María Luisa, así que tendrán que terminar para que la tía Teresita le regrese su casa. El Chueco en shock. Dandy recuerda que fue el Menonita quien lo obligó a subir ring. Jacques Jr. ofrece a Emilia un cigarro de mota. Amaranta promete a Toño que no se meterá más anfetaminas, le pide que la ayude a quedarse en su casa porque no se quiere ir con Fidela. La Güera se pone furioso cuando el Dandy le dice que fue el Menonita quien lo obligó a subir al ring, le retira toda la ayuda. El Menonita, furioso, llega al hospital, golpea y trata de ahogar al Dandy; Deyanira lo obliga a salir de ahí amenazándolo con una pistola. Al Fidela tener listas las maletas, es María Luisa quien convence a Amaranta de irse a su casa con su mamá. Deyanira confiesa al Menonita que fue mentira que el Dandy quisiera abusar de ella. El Menonita monta en cólera y le dice que por su culpa se volvió a chingar a su padre, la golpea con la pistola y la viola.

Rumbo al hospital, Toño encuentra a Deyanira en muy mal estado, después de que Menonita abusara de ella. Toño la convence de llevarla a un lugar seguro y la lleva al departamento del Dandy. Chueco no encuentra al Dandy en la clínica y le reclama a Menonita quien está muy borracho en el Sexy Hall. Menonita dice no saber nada de él. Daniel le pide a Díaz algún tipo de protección para Deyanira pues teme que Menonita le haga algo, pero Díaz le dice que no es posible darle nada de seguridad. Daniel llega a la casa y habla con Lety. Él trata de superar la crisis por la que están pasando, pero Lety le pide que deje el trabajo que tiene. Daniel se queda sin palabras y Lety le pide que se vaya de la casa pues no quiere que ponga a los niños en peligro. Amaranta discute con Fidela porque no le ayuda a cuidarse con la comida. Chueco llega y Fidela le pide que se vaya pues no va a seguir luchando por él. Ella cree que María Luisa le metió ideas en su contra a Amaranta y no quiere perderla a ella también. Después de no haber contestado sus llamadas, Deyanira llama al Negro y le miente diciéndole que va a pasar unos días con unas amigas en Cuernavaca. Díaz le pide disculpas a Itzel por el altercado que tuvieron y la invita a cenar. Alex le reclama a Jorge porque sus padres se van a separar y le pide que se aleje de su familia. Menonita le pregunta a Toño por Deyanira, pero éste no le dice dónde está. Dandy encuentra a Deyanira en su departamento y se sorprende al verla en el estado vulnerable en que se encuentra. Deyanira le cuenta que el Menonita la forzó y Daniel furioso y en actitud de Pepe, le pide que lo denuncie. Ella le recuerda que todos ellos trabajan al margen de la ley y una denuncia suena absurdo. Menonita va a entregarle todas sus comodidades a la Güera y le cuenta a su papá la mentira que Deyanira usó para manipularlo y por la cual él subió al Dandy al ring. Sin embargo, Menonita le dice que ya tomó cartas en el asunto con Deyanira. La Güera no quiere tener problemas con el Negro y espera que Menonita no se haya pasado. Lagos le informa a Ortega que revisará todas las cámaras de seguridad de la Procuraduría y Ortega sin autorización entra a escondidas y copia el material de las cámaras en un disco duro. Choi, el coreano visita en compañía de Huesos, su mano derecha, al Negro y al Chueco y les propone una alianza pero ellos se rehúsan. Daniel le dice a Díaz que quiere denunciar a Menonita, pero Díaz le dice que él sabe que no es posible pues es Deyanira la única que puede hacerlo. Daniel va con el Chueco y le propone que se venguen de Menonita.

Descubrimos que Choi es el abuelo del hijo de primavera. Choi, le dice a Primavera que la reunión con el Negro no resultó, así que tiene que usar su posición para convencerlo. Primavera agrega que tarde o temprano pagará por la muerte de su difunto esposo. Díaz llega tarde a la cita con Itzel. Chueco está de acuerdo en que el Menonita debe pagar por lo que hizo a Deyanira. Ortega descarga las imágenes que se robó de las cámaras de seguridad. Díaz e Itzel logran romper el hielo y disfrutar de la cena. Amaranta se queda pasmada cuando Fidela le dice que va a regresar al teibol. Daniel y el Chueco logran emborrachar al Esquimal quien termina diciéndoles que el Menonita mató al Chai. Lety pide a Emilia que no haga las cosas más difíciles de lo que ya son. Emilia se harta y se va junto con Alex a pasear con Jacques Jr a la zona rosa. Daniel los y tiene que esconderse para que no lo vean. Va de inmediato a decirle a Lety dónde están sus hijos verdaderamente. Primavera utiliza sus armas de seducción y dice al Negro que si él quisiera la Güera podría ser su Gato. Díaz advierte a Daniel que aunque recuperen el cuerpo del peleador no podrán involucrar al Menonita. Toño le propone a Deyanira llevarla a otro departamento, pero ella no acepta; le dice que el Dandy la hace sentirse segura. Primavera se burla de Fidela cuando ésta le dice al Negro que necesita trabajar y quiere bailar de nuevo. El Negro y la Güera discuten porque uno está a favor de hacer negocios con los coreanos y el otro no. Daniel convence al Chueco para sacar al Chai de su tumba y poner un cuatro al Menonita. Toño cuenta lo sucedido con Deyanira a Amaranta y a María Luisa, quien a su vez se lo cuenta a Fidela. Emilia se enoja mucho con Lety cuando los regaña frente a Jacques Jr. por haberse ido a tomar a la Zona Rosa. Menonita encuentra el cadáver del Chai en su coche. Fidela, María Luisa y Amaranta dicen a Deyanira que lo que hizo el Menonita no se puede quedar así y están para ayudarla. Las mujeres del Chueco acusan al Menonita con la Güera. El Dandy provoca una pelea con el Menonita, mientras el Chueco lo denuncia a la policía. Lagos detiene a Ortega por haber violado los protocolos. La Güera llega antes que la Policía y se lleva al Menonita. Daniel y el Chueco quedan frustrados.

Lagos le cuenta a Díaz que el infiltrado en la Procuraduría era Ortega. Díaz no sale de su asombro. La Güera le da una paliza a Menonita en frente de María Luisa y Fidela por lo ocurrido con Deyanira. Lagos interroga a Ortega quien se defiende, pero el Procurador le dice que las pruebas en su contra son contundentes y no puede hacer nada por él. La Güera en privado le habla a Menonita y le dice que no le importa lo que haya pasado con Deyanira, pero que lo golpeó para evitar que las mujeres le contaran al Negro lo sucedido y le advierte que se tiene que esconder por algún tiempo. Lety y Daniel tienen una terapia con Itzel y los dos se confrontan fuertemente. Emilia y Jacques Jr. están a punto de tener relaciones cuando él le confiesa que nunca ha estado con un una mujer pero sí con un hombre. Deyanira llama al Negro y le dice que se piensa quedar más días en Cuernavaca. El Negro ya sabe que Deyanira le miente pues sus hombres la vieron con el Dandy, así que manda a buscarlo a él. Ortega le pide a Díaz que le hagan la prueba del polígrafo y Díaz le pide a Itzel que esté presente durante la prueba. Toño cree que el escarmiento de la Güera hacia Menonita es sólo teatro y decide seguir a Menonita. El Negro trata de sacarle la verdad al Dandy sobre lo ocurrido con Deyanira y a punto de golpearlo, el Chueco interviene y le cuenta la verdad sobre Deyanira. Toño les avisa que Menonita está a punto de salir de la ciudad y el Negro ordena que vayan por él. El Negro también manda traer a Deyanira y le pide perdón por haberla expuesto y no haberla protegido. El Dandy, el Chueco y Toño atrapan a Menonita y se lo llevan al Negro. Para evitar el asesinato de Menonita, Dandy le hace una llamada a la Güera donde no se delata como su aliado sino que lo deja escuchar que atraparon a Menonita. En el Sexy Hall, el Negro golpea con un bate a Menonita y Deyanira le apuñala los dos muslos. La Güera llega con sus hombres y detiene el ataque contra su hijo. El bando del Negro y el bando de la Güera se apuntan mutuamente con armas de fuego.

El Negro y la Güera aceptan se enfrentan, pero aceptan negociar. Itzel confirma a Díaz que Ortega superó la prueba del polígrafo porque no mintió. Lety ve muy triste a Emilia, Alex la convence de que Jacques es buena bestia. Deyanira tiene un ataque de pánico. Dandy la calma, le promete que nadie la va a dañar. La Güera propone al Negro dejarle la Zona Rosa a cambio de la vida de su hijo. Deyanira furiosa con su padre porque aceptó el trato. Díaz desconcertado al ver los resultados que Lagos le muestra en los que se asegura que Ortega mintió. El Negro habla con su gente, mientras la Güera los amenaza para que se queden con él. Díaz comunica a Itzel que cree que alguien le tendió una trampa a Ortega, y le pide ayuda. Fidela promete a Deyanira hablar con el Negro. Daniel pide a Díaz que cuadre una reunión con Ortega. Díaz responde que no se puede porque Ortega está detenido. Lety, pide a Jacques Jr., que visite a Emilia. El Negro convence a Fidela de que negoció fue para proteger a Deyanira y a toda su gente. Le pide que se haga cargo del trabajo de Deyanira, mientras ella se recupera. Deyanira en la calle con Amaranta tiene otro ataque de pánico y echa en cara a Daniel no haber cumplido su palabra. Díaz comenta con Itzel que quien borró el archivo del Gato es un hacker profesional. Díaz e Itzel se besan hasta que se arrancan la ropa y hacen el amor. Alex se responde solo y deduce que le gustan las cougars. Itzel y Díaz revisan la agenda de Ortega y se dan cuenta de que tenía una cita en el reclusorio. Choi, se reúne con el Negro y le dice que ahora la alianza tendrá que ser a su manera. Daniel dice al Chueco que tienen que lograr que el Negro haga alianzas poderosas, con el Mayor por ejemplo.

Itzel y Díaz van al Reclusorio y se enteran que Ortega fue a visitar al Richi y que ese mismo día Richi fue trasladado a una cárcel de menor seguridad. Lety, le brinda a Jorge su apoyo como amiga al saber que su esposa quiere llevarse a su hija fuera del país. El Chueco convence a Amaranta para que los ayude a convencera al Esquimal de que trabaje para ellos. Itzel parece distante con Díaz y él la confronta. Ella le dice que es mejor que no se tomen las cosas tan en serio. Richi visita a la Güera y le pide dinero para desaparecer. Impulsado por Amaranta, Esquimal les propone al Chueco y al Dandy trabajar para su bando. Ellos le piden que como muestra de lealtad les ayude a contactar al Mayor. Díaz le dice a Itzel que lamenta que sus sentimientos hayan sido malinterpretados, pues él la quiere en serio, pero está dispuesto a entenderla, si ella no quiere. Emilia tiene una desilusión con Jacques Jr. al verlo con un amigo. Termina bebiendo en un bar, situación que la lleva a descubrir a Daniel en su papel de Dandy. El Chueco se molesta cuando el Negro le informa que como parte de la sociedad con el señor Choi, Huesos lo va a estar acompañando a él y al Dandy a todas partes. Después de ver a su papá, Emilia llega muy mal y llorando a la casa. El Esquimal logra sacar un duplicado de la llave del cajón donde la Güera guarda el celular que usa para comunicarse con el Mayor. Deyanira le dice a Amaranta que se siente culpable por haber seducido a Menonita tantas veces. Dandy entra al privado de la Güera y encuentra el celular que está bajo llave gracias a la llave que les dio el Esquimal. Chueco, Huesos y el Esquimal lo esperan afuera de la peluquería. La Güera llega y le hace el pago de dinero a Richi para que se vaya. Chueco ve esto y toma fotos, alcanzando a capturar la placa del carro de Richi. Daniel alcanza a mandarle una transferencia de datos a Díaz de todos los datos del celular que usa la Güera para hablar con el Mayor. El Chueco le muestra a Dandy las fotos que muestran que Richi ya no está en la cárcel. Daniel le manda entonces la placa del carro de Richi a Díaz para que lo ubique. Díaz e Itzel encuentran a Richi y este les confirma que el coronel Ortega fue quien lo dejó salir de la cárcel.

El Huesos trata de echar a andar al Chueco en contra del Dandy, pero se topa con la pared. El Huesos encuentra en el baño el celular secreto del Dandy. Díaz interroga al Richi, quien le confiesa que hackeó el sistema de la Procuraduría a cambio de su libertad. El Negro furioso porque el Dandy se atrevió a entrar a la oficina de la Güera. El Chueco le aclara que él lo autorizó y se enoja cuando se entera que fue el Huesos quien le dijo. Lety regaña a Emilia porque se está evadiendo con el alcohol. Emilia le grita que vio a su padre besando a una tipa afuera de un congal. Itzel entrega a Dandy los datos del celular de la Güera, le pide rastrear los datos en el sistema de la procuraduría. Huesos logra fotografiar a Dandy cuando se transforma en Pepe. Choi recibe una llamada de la Güera en la que lo cita y le pide que piense si se asocia con el Negro o con él. Daniel logra obtener el registro de llamadas y dice a Itzel que los datos ya están en la nube, ahora solo falta que Díaz haga la geo localización. Huesos sigue sobre su investigación de la doble vida del Dandy. Daniel y Lety en terapia. Daniel dice a Lety que tiene que alejarse de ellos hasta que su misión acabe. Amaranta agradece al Esquimal haber conseguido las llaves de la Güera. Choi confirma a la Güera que le gustaría hacer negocios con él. Díaz e Itzel confirman con el polígrafo que Richi no miente al decir que fue Ortega fue quien lo liberó. Deyanira sigue sin perdonar a su padre. Daniel, con terror, se da cuenta de que a su celular "secreto" le falta la tarjeta SIM. Díaz e Itzel van al lugar que la geo localización les indicó, mientras Daniel trata de comunicarse con él para decirle que encontraron su celular y su vida peligra. Díaz entra a la oficina en la que cree que encontrará al mayor, pero solo encuentra una grabadora con el último mensaje de la Güera. Huesos llega al café internet donde se encuentra con Dandy y le pregunta cuánto tiempo lleva de infiltrado. Daniel le apunta con su pistola.

Lagos apoya a Daniel, le dice que se encargará de confirmar si el Huesos es un agente de la DEA. Choi muestra al Negro y al Chueco una de las armas que tendrían que distribuir. Daniel decepcionado cuando Díaz le cuenta que solo encontró una oficina vacía con una contestadora y que hay sospechas sobre Ortega. Lagos llega y dice a Daniel que el Huesos sí pertenece a la DEA y no hay nada qué temer. Fidela y Amaranta tratan de animar a Deyanira. La Güera rompe el trato con Choi, le dice que le Mayor se negó tajantemente a hacer tratos con ellos. Jacques Jr, propone a Emilia vivir el presente sin preocuparse de que alguien más les vaya a gustar. Chueco y María Luisa discuten porque el Chueco quiere descansar, pero no puede porque es el día que María Luisa juega canasta. María Luisa le advierte que mejor vaya reconquistando a Fidela porque ella no piensa ser su criada. Daniel se da cuenta de que Huesos tiene intervenido el teléfono de Choi y se le ocurre una idea. Daniel paranoico. Huesos lo tranquiliza, le dice que él se dio cuenta de su cubierta porque son iguales. La Güera y el Menonita sufren un atentado en la peluquería. Chueco invita a salir a Fidela, los acompañan Deyanira y Amaranta se topan con el Menonita y Deyanira sufre un ataque de pánico. Choi dice al Negro que necesitan un punto de contacto para introducir las armas por mar al país. Fidela, Amaranta y Toño encuentran a Deyanira, quien se ha cortado las venas porque ya no quiere sentir.

Ozgur, se defiende de unos hombres en su Yate, y pide que le den las coordenadas del puerto porque ya hay varios zopilotes rondando. Díaz perfecciona la grabación de la Güera. Daniel dice a Huesos que esa operación no debe salir de esas cuatro paredes. El Chueco lpropone el hotel perfecto para introducir las armas al país, "La Casa de la Paz". Toño cuida a Deyanira. Huesos arma la caja de aluminio en la que aislaran la cámara con la que grabarán la Mayor. Crespo, el dueño de "Casa de la Paz" dice al Chueco que no está interesado en vender. El Mayor recibe el mensaje de la Güera que Díaz armó. Daniel y Huesos colocan la cámara en la bodega donde esperan que llegue el Mayor. El Esquimal los sorprende, pero decide cubrirlos. Choi observa con detenimiento a Crespo y encuentra su punto débil: las chicas menores. Emilia dice a Jacques que no puede andar con él. Una joven seduce a Crespo. El Negro muy atribulado le cuenta al Chueco que Deyanira intentó quitarse la vida, se pregunta si es un buen padre. El Mayor llega a la bodega rodeado de un gran dispositivo de seguridad. Daniel y Huesos observan, pero no alcanzan a verlo. La joven manda fotografías comprometedoras de Crespo con ella a Choi. Lo que sigfinica que probablmente venderá el hotel. Daniel intenta recuperar la cámara, pero es descubierto por uno de los guardias, Díaz lo salva. Dandy y Huesos reciben una llamada del Chueco, quien los cita de inmediato. Díaz les dice que él se encargará de ver el video, llama al procurador, le dice que ya tienen grabado al Mayor y lo cita. Lety, queda en shock cuando Sofía le dice que a su mamá la quemó su papá, en una pelea. Díaz termina de bajar la grabación de la cámara a la computadora. Lagos se sorprende del plan que armaron entre él y Bracho para lograr la imagen del Mayor. Al ver el video Díaz, descubre que el mayor es Lagos. Lagos está apunto de acabar con la vida de Días, apuntandole con un arma.

Two men take Díaz’s body away and clean up the crime scene in the back room of the Internet café. Lagos delivers a speech outlining his plans to fight against crime. Taking advantage of El Negro’s absence, La Güera calls the police, telling them there are underage girls working at Sexy Hall. Lety uses information provided by Itzel to contact Gabriela, Jorge’s ex-wife. Lety poses as a client. Gabriela sees through Lety’s act, but she warns her to be careful with Jorge, as he’s a violent man. Dandy, the Gimp, Bones, El Negro and Deyanira meet with Ozgur, the arms dealer, at “The Peaceful Haven” hotel. Fidela takes charge of Sexy Hall and is upset when the police arrive. María Luisa is playing canasta with her friends. Surprisingly, large sums of money are being played for. Ozgur shows his weapons to El Negro and his team, and they seal the deal. Ozgur flirts with Deyanira and Daniel gets jealous. Toño advises Amaranta to leave El Esquimal, as she deserves better, but she’s not ready to leave him. Eucadio Montes, the President of the municipality, arrives at the hotel and asks El Negro and the Gimp to pay “access fees” to work in the area. Fidela accuses La Güera of sending the cops to Sexy Hall, but he threatens her and she’s frightened. He throws her out of the hair salon. Itzel is worried, since she hasn’t heard from Díaz, so she calls Daniel to tell him that Díaz hasn’t returned. Lety reviews the information that Itzel sent her on Jorge and his ex-wife, but there’s a detail that doesn’t fit with Gabriela’s story. Jorge’s upset with Lety for contacting Gabriela. Lagos tells Itzel something serious might have happened to Díaz and she says that Díaz was looking for evidence in order to prove Ortega’s innocence. Ozgur invites Daniel to eat on his yacht and he makes a very subtle suggestion. But at that very moment, Eucadio walks in with his bodyguards and asks them why they weren’t invited. Ozgur and Dandy aim their weapons toward Eucadio and his men.

Lety, muy apenada al saber la verdad, se ofrece a ayudar a Jorge, quien ha decidido demandar a Gabriela. Los empleados del Sexy Hall están muy enojados con Fidela porque no les ha pagado. Toño, animado, le cuenta a María Luisa que sus amigos del grupo le están ayudando a conseguir un trabajo decente. Lagos regresa su placa a Ortega, le pide que investigue el paradero de Díaz y que indague qué más sabe Itzel. El Negro se queda descolocado cuando Eucadio lo llama por teléfono y le informa que tiene secuestrados a Ozgur y a Daniel. Fidela se molesta con Amaranta al ver que buscó a María Luisa para que les preste el dinero que necesitan. Itzel confiesa a Ortega que además de buscar pruebas para demostrar su inocencia, Díaz y Daniel lograron grabar al Mayor. El Chueco encuentra el talón de Aquiles de Eucadio. Toño se va a su entrevista de trabajo, muy emocionado. Alex y Emilia no están de acuerdo con la relación entre Jorge y Lety; Jacques Jr. les hace ver que después del divorcio, sus padres tendrán que salir con alguien, les guste o no. Daniel convence a Ozgur de pactar con Eucadio. El Chueco, con engaños, se lleva a doña Lucha, la hermana de Eucadio, al hotel. Ozgur dice a Eucadio que está listo para pactar. Ortega informa a Lagos que Díaz grabó al Mayor y que seguro el narco se dio cuenta; Lagos se hace el sorprendido. Los empleados del Sexy Hall entran en huelga, y la policía regresa al bar para exigirle a Fidela más dinero; amenazan con clausurar el lugar. Fidela, entre la espada y la pared, se ve obligada a aceptar las condiciones de préstamo de María Luisa. Toño regresa a casa muy decepcionado porque no le dieron el empleo. Eucadio y la gente del Negro finalmente llegan a un acuerdo. Eucadio sugiere que se organice una inauguración VIP del hotel. Daniel a su casa desde el hotel, pero cuelga al oír la voz de Jorge. Alex se pregunta de dónde es el teléfono que quedó registrado. Ortega trata de evitar que Itzel llegue a su casa, pero inevitablemente ella descubre el cadáver de Díaz que ha sido colgado de un árbol junto a una narcomanta. Chueco intenta animar a Daniel y, al encender el televisor, Daniel se entera del asesinato de Díaz.

Lagos le asegura a Ortega todo su apoyo para acabar con el Mayor. El Dandy que en realidad sólo quiere irse para saber qué pasó con Díaz, le dice al Chueco que está muy mal por lo del secuestro y le pide un tiempo libre. El Chueco accede a dárselo. Alex, preocupado porque su papá no devuelve la llamada, investiga el número del cual llamó y se da cuenta que proviene de un hotel en Puerto Paraíso. María Luisa accede a prestarle dinero a Fidela y esta sospecha de María Luisa, pues se da cuenta que tiene mucho dinero. Itzel está devastada por la muerte de Díaz. Daniel llega a la Procuraduría y trata de consolarla. Itzel le dice a Ortega que ya no confía en la Procuraduría. Daniel consigue autorización de Lagos y, junto a Itzel, se despide de Díaz en la morgue. El Negro y los demás acuerdan hacer una inauguración del hotel para despejar sospechas en la zona y aprovechar que vengan capos que quieran comprar armas. Alex no va a la escuela para ir a Puerto Paraíso, pero se pierde y termina siendo asaltado. Fidela investiga lo que sucede en casa de María Luisa, y descubre que les vende a las mujeres, encuentros sexuales con hombres jóvenes. Daniel e Itzel van a la trastienda, y Daniel descubre que el lugar está sospechosamente limpio; acuerdan mandar a hacer un análisis del lugar para despejar las dudas. Lety se entera que Alex no está en la escuela, y preocupada llama a Jorge para que la ayude. Al saber que Deyanira y Dandy no son novios; Ozgur le coquetea a Deyanira y ella le sigue el juego. Daniel llega a la casa y ve a Alex bajando de un taxi, golpeado y descalzo. Daniel se siente fatal por haber puesto en peligro a su hijo. Lagos le muestra a Ortega los hombres que fueron capturados por el asesinato de Díaz, y le dice que ese caso ya quedó resuelto. Ortega duda. Decidido a mantener a su familia a salvo, Pepe decide alejarse y le asegura a Lety que está enamorado de otra mujer. Lety queda devastada. Dos hombres siguen a Itzel, pero ella consigue escapar y logra grabarlos con la cámara de su celular.

Daniel habla con Chueco por teléfono y le dice que necesitaba estar solo. Un tipo merodea la camioneta en la que viaja con Itzel y, paranoico lo ataca. Ozgur regala un vestido a Deyanira y le pide ser su pareja en la inauguración del hotel. Lagos reclama a Ortega no estar cerca de Itzel, pero queda satisfecho al saber que ella sólo necesita tiempo para recuperarse. Lety, muy triste, les confiesa a Alex y a Emilia que se va a separar de su padre. El plan de Huesos para obligar a Eucadio a pedir la lista de invitados de Ozgur da resultados. Deyanira descubre a Itzel en el cuarto de Daniel, pero al confrontarlo con El Negro, se queda con el coraje trabado cuando su padre aprueba su estadía. Fidela chantajea a Maria Luisa: o le perdona la deuda, o cuenta que tiene un negocio de prostitución masculina. Deyanira le confiesa a Daniel que nunca había sentido por alguien lo que siente por él. Toño se encuentra con Ismael, un compañero de la secundaria, al que le ha ido bien en las fuerzas especiales. Lety agradece a Jorge poder hablar con él sobre el verdadero motivo de su separación. Daniel e Itzel reciben los resultados del laboratorio y deducen que a Díaz lo mataron en el café internet y que fue alguien de la Procuraduría. Ortega informa a Lagos sobre el operativo que está en marcha para agarrar a los capos que participen en la inauguración del hotel. Lagos llama a Eucadio, lo pone al tanto y le exige que se vaya. Jacques Jr. se molesta con Emilia al ver que le ha creado un perfil para ligar por internet, y le informa que ya tiene con quién salir. Durante la inauguración, Daniel e Itzel ven llegar a Vega, el hombre que la siguió, y Huesos les confirma que es de la Procuraduría. Ambos confirman sus sospechas con respecto al asesinato de Díaz. Daniel se pone furioso; se siente usado: les creyó todo y lo destruyeron. Deyanira se topa con él y lo nota raro. Al reclamarle, Daniel la besa apasionadamente y se encierran en su habitación.

Deyanira y Daniel tienen relaciones en el hotel. En vista de que Eucadio no aparece, el Negro le cede el honor al Chueco de cortar el listón de inauguración del hotel. Emilia le miente a Lety y se va a un bar con Jacques Jr. Para sorpresa de Emilia, la cita de Jacques es con una chica, Elena, y se pone celosa. Huesos le reclama a Daniel por su ausencia durante el día y, aunque trata de explicarle que fue la policía quien mató a Díaz, Huesos no le cree. Lety y Jorge ven una película en casa y, algo afectada por el vino, Lety termina dándole un beso. Vega graba con su celular al Negro cuando este le detalles sobre su organización. Itzel advierte a Daniel que es una locura confiar más en los mafiosos que en la policía, pero Daniel no ve otra opción. Fidela trata de reclutar bailarines para tener un negocio propio como el de María Luisa, pero se desilusiona porque los aspirantes no tienen aptitud y son algo afeminados. Dandy sorprende a Vega escuchando la grabación que hizo del Negro; lo golpea, le quita el celular y lo mete en uno de los cubículos del baño. Daniel arregla con Ozgur para que proteja a Itzel y la lleve fuera del país en su yate. Daniel les muestra al Negro y a los demás la grabación que hizo Vega, y todos se alertan al saber que la policía viene en camino. Emilia y Jacques Jr. tratan de ayudar a Elena, que convulsiona tras consumir tachas. Menonita está en el lugar y rápidamente la auxilia. Huesos encuentra a Vega y le reclama al Dandy por su cambio de bando. Dandy le explica que ha perdido todo por el operativo y por confiar en el policía; Huesos duda si creerle. Un comando especial de la policía llega al hotel; Huesos se entrega y deja libre al Dandy. Tras ayudar a Elena, Menonita le da su teléfono a Emilia y le hace creer que es estudiante de medicina. Itzel sube al yate, pero la policía no le da oportunidad a Ozgur y este cae herido con un disparo. Daniel huye con Deyanira; desde su escondite ven arrancar el yate y la detención de Ozgur. Lagos informa a Ortega que, por culpa de Bracho, el operativo no salió como lo planearon. Daniel y Deyanira llegan al departamento del Dandy. Mientras ella se da un baño, él desaparece los documentos que lo relacionan con Pepe Montaño. Tanto Lety como Daniel (Pepe) deciden quitar de sus casas las fotos en que aparecen juntos.

El Negro discovers that the Sexy Hall has been ransacked. He finds Fidela and other employees tied up. Fidela tells him that Choi is behind all of this. Bones complains to Lagos about Dandy's behavior. Ortega goes back to his department to find Dandy, only to discover that Dandy has burned the documentation proving his real identity. El Negro asks Choi what happened over at Sexy Hall and the Korean tells him that he needed to recover some of the money he lost. He suggests they set up a VIP lounge for opium smokers. The Gimp returns home from Puerto Paraíso and finds Eucadio there, speaking to María Luisa. Eucadio threatens to send him to jail if he doesn't hand the hotel over to him. Choi shows El Negro the opium lounge he wants to build, and he maintains that with his political contacts, they'll be sure to sign big business deals here. El Negro samples the opium and gets really high. Emilia meets up with the Mennonite, but the date ends in disappointment. El Esquimal buys Dandy's car, and when he goes to pick it up, he's surprised to find Ortega there. Daniel and the Gimp go to Sexy Hall. With Deyanira's help, El Negro has organized a surprise party there to thank Dandy for having saved their lives at the hotel. Jorge asks Lety not to feel bad for what happened between them, and he asks her not to forget that she's a free woman now. Fidela flirts with El Negro; she's shocked that he seems to prefer Primavera over her. The Gimp is brokenhearted to sign the hotel over to Eucadio. As a gift, Daniel gets a tattoo identifying him as a member of El Negro's gang. Later, in private, El Negro confirms Daniel's relationship with Deyanira. El Negro gives him a suitcase of money so that he can bring Deyanira to live in a decent place, as she claimed she was living in a dump. Primavera is furious; she lashes out at Choi for involving El Negro in their opium business. Jacques Jr. gives in to pressure from Emilia and they make love at her place. Bones brings Dandy outside of the Sexy Hall so that Ortega can speak to him. Daniel threatens Ortega with his weapon and he demands that he leave him and his gang alone. Ortega is shocked.

Lety finds out that Jacques Jr. stayed at her house overnight, but as she's convinced he's gay, she's not worried about Emilia. Ortega pays Lety a visit. He questions her about Pepe, while assuring her this is all just routine business. However, Lety's concerned; she doesn't believe him. Deyanira tells Amaranta that she's going to live with Daniel. Amaranta is furious with her. Choi and El Negro tell the Gimp about their plans to set up smoking lounges to sell opium in the streets. They assign him the task of speaking to local officials so that they don't interfere in their business. Fidela follows Primavera to a motel. Using her cell phone, she shoots a video of her going in with an attractive young man. Deyanira is introduced to the new apartment she'll share with Dandy. He's uncomfortable, but he can't say anything. Lety goes to the attorney general's office and discovers that Itzel no longer works there. Deyanira insists that Dandy show her where he grew up. They go to his Buenos Aires neighborhood where they meet Alan, one of Dandy's old childhood friends. The Gimp brings Deputy Aguilar to the opium lounge. Aguilar insists that the Gimp join him in consuming opium. Jorge wanders past Emilia's bedroom and realizes that she and Jacques Jr. have been together. Alan starts asking questions and talks too much about Daniel's past. As Daniel doesn't want to blow his cover with Deyanira, he knocks Alan out when she's not looking, to prevent him from saying anything inappropriate, and leaves Alan lying on the ground. Jorge promises Emilia he won't say anything, but he advises her to speak to Lety about it. When Toño gets home, he finds the Gimp passed out on drugs. He helps him regain consciousness. He gets angry with him, as it's irresponsible to introduce a new drug onto the streets without considering the implications on youth addiction. Bones confronts Daniel, but Daniel threatens that if he doesn't leave him alone, he'll reveal that Bones is a DEA agent. Lety does some research on the Internet and discovers that Díaz was murdered. Fidela shows El Negro the images of Primavera going into a motel with a young man. Bones warns the attorney general of Dandy's behavior, as the operation and his life may be in danger. The Gimp shares his concerns about selling a new drug and the impact it may have on young users with Choi, but Choi doesn't seem to care. As Daniel is texting Lety, she admits to her children that she intends to divorce Pepe. Lagos calls La Güera and, posing as the big boss, asks him to take Dandy out.

Daniel is having nightmares, he dreams of his reflection slowly vanishing from the mirror. Lagos and Ortega get rid of José Montaño. Fidela tries to cheer up El Negro, but he’s upset that Primavera has betrayed him. Choi assures Primavera that he won’t do anything to harm El Negro until he gets his list of contacts. Toño gets upset with the Gimp for continuing to work in the drug trade; he says he no longer wants to live a life of crime. The Mennonite makes fun of El Esquimal for crying about Amaranta, and El Esquimal tells him that Deyanira has gone to live with Dandy. La Güera tells the Mennonite that the big boss has given the order to take Dandy out. The Gimp attempts to speak to the local official, but she tells him to get lost. The Mennonite figures that if the big boss wants to get rid of Dandy, it must be because Dandy’s holding important information. Lety’s overcome with mixed emotions when she realizes there’s no trace left of her marriage to Pepe. El Negro recommends that Daniel invest money in real estate. Amaranta tells the Gimp that he can find the local official at the Chiquita Reyes Beauty Salon. Lety demands that Ortega explain why all of Pepe’s official documentation has disappeared. Later, Lagos pays her a visit. He tells her that Itzel was let go because Pepe wasn’t given a proper psychological assessment. He tells her about Pepe’s undercover work in the Zona Rosa Mafia. He explains that Pepe couldn’t handle the pressure and now he’s become a Zona Mafia member. For her safety and her family’s safety, he suggests that she cut him out of their lives. Daniel buys a house and puts the property under his wife’s name. The Gimp follows local official Molina and cannot believe his luck when he finds her in a compromising position. Dandy brings Rafael to the Sexy Hall, where El Negro gives him a brutal beating. María Luisa can’t stop Toño from leaving the house. She’s just found out about a problem between a male escort employee and one of her best clients. El Esquimal tells Dandy that he has orders from La Güera and the Mennonite to eliminate him, but he has an escape plan. Emilia and Alex don’t understand why Pepe can’t be part of their lives. Lety explains that Pepe’s involved in shady activities and that, although they may hate her for it, she’ll do whatever it takes to keep them safe.

Daniel suffers a small wound when El Esquimal shoots him in the leg to avoid suspicion from La Güera. He leaves him there, tied up, with a hood over his head. The Gimp threatens to blackmail Molina by posting the video of her handcuffed to the bed on the Internet, if she doesn't give El Negro free reign to run his business. Molina accepts the deal. At that moment, María Luisa shows up and the Gimp finds out about his wife's prostitution business. La Güera goes to the location where Dandy is supposed to be tied up and he's surprised to find El Esquimal. Then, a masked man shows up. He holds La Güera up at gunpoint and kidnaps him. El Negro tortures Rafael until he confesses to having blackmailed Primavera for years; he knew that she killed Choi's son and daughter-in-law. Once he obtained the information he wanted, El Negro kills Rafael. Toño goes to Fidela's house and asks Amaranta for food and shelter; he explains that he's left home. The Mennonite, furious about his father's kidnapping, orders a gang war against El Negro. Alex breaks a friend's hand; Lety demands an explanation. Alex answers in a very aggressive tone and Lety realizes that Alex is hurting inside because of his father. El Negro shows Rafael's body to Primavera and asks her to tell him her side of the story. She tells him half-truths. She admits that she was Choi's son's lover and that she killed him and his wife because they wanted to take her baby away from her. They were only using Primavera as a substitute mother, as his wife was sterile. Primavera assures El Negro that Choi isn't aware that he has a grandson. El Negro believes her and shows compassion. Daniel asks El Esquimal to bring him the phone that La Güera uses to speak to the big boss. He agrees to do it, since he'll get a big bonus. The Gimp criticizes María Luisa for her business, but he forgives her when she shows him the money she's saved. Lagos tells Bones to delete all information associated with Pepe Montaño from the system. Bones says that this is the perfect time to attack the Mafia as La Güera's been kidnapped. Primavera demands that Choi kill El Negro once and for all. Daniel confronts La Güera and demands that he call the big boss, as Daniel wants to speak to him. As his life is being threatened, La Güera doesn't have a choice but to comply. He leaves a message for the big boss.

Amaranta kicks Toño out of her house when she finds out that he wants to be a cop. Daniel tries to connect with his children through social media. Lagos receives La Güera's message. Toño's arrested for urinating in the street. Daniel apologizes to Deyanira for not having told her he'd be home late. The Gimp talks María Luisa into merging their businesses. Primavera's happy that Choi has finally decided to kill El Negro. Ortega delivers an order of eviction to Lety. Daniel manages to connect with Alex and finds out they're being kicked out of their house. The Gimp is pleased that they've managed to convince their local official to give them a few hours without surveillance in Tepito. El Negro tells him they'll pick up La Güera and Choi's businesses. Dandy, determined, calls the big boss and leaves a message. The Gimp manages to bring back the local official from an overdose of opium. She wakes up dressed as a belly dancer and when she sees him, she runs away. Ortega talks to Toño about his interest in becoming a cop. Bones refuses to give Lagos any further information. Choi and El Negro are blaming each other when they realize that Primavera has been playing them both. El Esquimal tells the Mennonite that members of El Negro's gang have them under surveillance. Choi enjoys telling Primavera a lie. He makes up a story of how he put an end to El Negro's life, and then he kills her. El Negro and the Gimp walk in thinking they'll take over La Güera's hair salon, but they come face-to-face with La Güera and his men, standing ready to kill them. Following the big boss' orders, Dandy goes to the designated location, and although the boss isn't personally there, Daniel tells him over the phone that he wants to work for him.

The big boss speaks to Dandy using the cell phone he had delivered to him. As proof of his loyalty, he asks him to verify all of the information about the opium business and to kill Bones. Lety tells Emilia to stop acting like a baby. Despite the eviction order, Emilia refuses to pack up her things. Emilia is so mad that she turns to drinking alcohol in her room. Alex walks in unexpectedly and is annoyed by her attitude. Ortega suggests they introduce another mole into the Zona Rosa, but Lagos rejects the idea. Fidela is frightened to discover Primavera's body in the trash. She accuses El Negro, thinking that he killed her. Daniel tells the Gimp that he's indebted to Bones, especially for what he did for him on the beach. El Negro accuses Choi of killing Primavera, but Choi reminds him that as partners, they're both responsible. Besides, she was deceitful, she used him, and her only real objective was to destroy him. While they're packing up their things, Lety tells Alex and Emilia that she's thinking of moving in with Jorge while she's looking for work. Emilia and Alex are livid and refuse. La Güera tells the Mennonite that Dandy struck a deal with the big boss and that's why they can't touch him. The Mennonite is angry. Amaranta tries to get back together with El Esquimal, but he rejects her advances and tells her he's not interested in playing second best. El Negro and the Gimp ask Choi to let Dandy get in on their opium operation; that way he can keep an eye on Bones, as they don't trust him. Choi resists at first, but in the end, he agrees. María Luisa gives her escorts and friends boxes of beauty products containing opium gum; her strategy is to get clients hooked. Ortega questions Toño about wanting to change his life. He confirms his aspirations of becoming a police officer and offers him a job as his personal assistant. Choi speaks to his grandson, Jung, and tells him that Primavera has gone back to Korea. El Negro pays a visit to Fidela. She's feeling guilty about Primavera's murder and he tries to calm her down. He tells her that Primavera had unresolved issues with Choi and that he was the one who killed her. Fidela and El Negro kiss and make their way into the bedroom. Lety gets mad when they tell her that she can stay in the house. She decides to find a job and get out of there as soon as she can. Bones accuses Daniel of encroaching on his territory. Daniel tells Bones he has a price on his head. The big boss wants him dead and if he doesn't kill him, somebody else will.

A driver and a group of doctors are traveling in a passenger bus. They're unaware the bus is carrying opium. Jacinto is angry to see that the bus isn't stopping and he calls Choi to complain, hoping that he may be able to see his face. Daniel meets with Bones and he explains how he went from targeting the big boss to joining his team as a collaborator. He confirms that the big boss has connections within the attorney general's office; he knows for a fact they've been infiltrated. Choi asks the Gimp to go with Dandy to pick up Jacinto's drugs. Ortega sends Toño off on his first mission. He has to find evidence that will enable the arrest of El Cook, one of the major dealers. María Luisa talks El Negro into allowing her one night at the Sexy Hall so that she can bring in her escorts to attend to the needs of female clients. Lety's determined to find a job, as she's behind on making payments to cover Alex and Emilia's school fees. Bones provides Ortega with information on Choi's business. Dandy and the Gimp find Jacinto and his men holding the passengers of the bus hostage. Jacinto accepts the Gimp's explanation, but he asks that they kill the passengers because they're all witnesses now. El Cook tells Toño that if he cooperates with him, he'll have everything he's ever dreamed of. Ortega shares the information obtained from Bones with Lagos. He tells him about an alleged opium lab run by Choi. Amaranta starts to feel sick. She suspects she might be pregnant. La Güera gives the information he received from Bones to the Mennonite and he asks him to check it out with Dandy first. The Gimp and Dandy kill Jacinto and his men to avoid having to murder any hostages. When El Negro hears what they've done, he's furious. He's afraid of how Choi may react. Ortega is proud of Toño. He introduces him to Agent Solís, who only posed as El Cook to test whether or not Toño could be trusted. Bones tells Daniel that he gave Ortega information as bait. If he follows through, they'll know that the big boss has infiltrated the highest levels of the attorney general's office. The Mennonite, anxious to win points with La Güera and the big boss, talks El Esquimal into coming with him to burn Choi's alleged opium plantation.

Together with El Esquimal, the Mennonite burns down the plantation that the big boss was discussing with La Güera. The next day, Lagos and Ortega visit the plantation. Lagos suspects that Bones gave them false information. When he hears about the fire, Bones meets with Daniel and confirms that the attorney general’s office has ties to the Mafia. Fidela turns Deyanira against María Luisa. She’s against her idea of introducing male performers at the Sexy Hall. Ortega detains Bones to interrogate him about the information he provided. Lagos doesn’t like the idea of arresting him, but in the end, he’s the one who conducts the interrogation. Bones tells Lagos he’s a DEA agent. El Negro shows the Gimp and Daniel a photo of Rigo, the bus driver. He’s ordered his assassination in order to prevent the doctors from discussing what they saw. Amaranta takes a pregnancy test and confirms that she is, in fact, pregnant. Lagos tells Bones his arrest was a mistake and he lets him go. Lety goes to a job interview. As she’s not very experienced, she has no choice but to accept a position as a receptionist. María Luisa convinces Toño to come back home, but then the conversation goes back to why he’s so determined to become a police officer. Emilia and Alex get nervous when they discover that a man is taking photos of them. Later, at the Sexy Hall, as Daniel is sifting through the mail, he discovers an envelope addressed to his real name. He takes the envelope and is concerned to see that the big boss is pressuring him with photos they took of his family. Lety’s worried about her children’s safety, and so she agrees to take Jorge up on his offer to move in and keep an eye on them. Emilia’s astonished by Jorge’s cunning in having found a way to stay at their house. While Ortega’s not looking, Toño takes his police ID and goes to the Sexy Hall. It’s women’s night, and he demands to see a permit for these types of performances. El Negro, the Gimp, María Luisa and Fidela are dumbfounded. Lagos follows Bones to the U.S. embassy. A few seconds later, Daniel arrives on motorcycle. He’s wearing a helmet and his face is covered. He shoots Bones in the chest and escapes.

Ortega is asking Mr. Schmidt about the protocol for medical assistance, and the American tells him that, as Bones is American, they brought him to the embassy, but he died a few minutes later. Toño remains firm in his commitment to become a police officer, and he’s even more determined when he finds out that his mother’s involved in prostitution. Jorge tells Lety that he’s sorry, this isn’t just a fling; he wants her in his life. Lety kisses him and invites him into her bedroom. El Negro warns Toño that if he does anything against his people, or if he slips just one tip to the cops, he’ll kill his parents. Emilia realizes that Lety and Jorge have made love. Daniel tells El Negro and the Gimp that he needs protection because he killed Bones. He tells them Bones was a police informant and both are shocked. Lagos suspects there’s something fishy about Bones’ death. Choi doesn’t believe a word of what El Negro tells him about Bones and he warns him that if they were involved in any way, he’ll kill them all. The big boss reprimands Dandy for having killed Bones in front of the embassy and he tells him he’s not sure he’s dead, as they won’t let them see the body. Deyanira flirts with Toño and she suggests he should get rid of both La Güera and the Mennonite. Toño is suspicious of her and says that he only follows police orders. Lety surprises Emilia and Jacques Jr. naked in bed. Jacques Jr. and Emilia talk and he realizes that Emilia planned the whole thing. María Luisa visits Amaranta. She’s crying because Toño is being so bullish in trying to show that he’s not like them. Amaranta explains that it’s not that she doesn’t want to help her, but she has her own problems; she’s pregnant with El Esquimal’s baby. Daniel admits to Choi that he had to kill Bones, and he has strong evidence to prove that Bones was an American undercover agent. Lety notices a bruise on Alex’s face. Alex gives her money claiming that he sold his comic books. Schmidt tells Lagos that a woman tried to sneak into the morgue and that, apparently, she’s a member of the big boss’ cartel. He adds that Bones’ body will be repatriated today. Daniel shows Choi how Bones was tapping his phone, listening in on his calls and recording them. Lagos manages to see Bones’ body. El Esquimal asks Amaranta whether she was planning to tell him about their baby. Schmidt returns accompanied by Bones. We learn that he’s alive.

Mr. Schmidt takes Bones to a bunker where he’ll be safe. Amaranta is overcome with emotion when El Esquimal tells her that he loves her and that he wants to be the best father and husband. When Jorge sees Alex’s bruises, he asks if they’re picking on him at school. Fidela’s shocked to learn that she’s going to be a grandmother. Choi is paranoid; he’s looking everywhere in his office to find hidden cameras or microphones. He wonders why the cops haven’t arrested him yet, as the Americans must have so much information on him. Schmidt warns Bones that they still have to find the link between the attorney general’s office and the big boss’ cartel. Choi tells El Negro that if Bones leaked any information about Jacinto and his gang, they’re in big trouble. Dandy takes advantage of the confusion and steals a folder with information on Choi. When La Güera meets with the big boss, the boss is full of praise for Dandy’s work in destabilizing the Koreans. He reminds La Güera that he wants the opium business all to himself. Amaranta tells the Gimp that he’s about to become a grandfather, but her feelings are shattered when he walks away without saying anything. Lety finds money in her bag and Alex confesses to having put it there. He claims it’s money he’ll earn from selling his comic books. El Negro consoles Fidela, since she’s upset about becoming a grandmother. He suggests she could work for María Luisa to bring in extra money. Daniel gives La Güera the information he stole on Choi and he’s forced to admit that he and the Gimp killed Jacinto. El Esquimal and Amaranta are surprised when the Gimp gives them a shirt he bought for his grandchild. The Gimp stresses the importance of being cautious so that La Güera doesn’t find out about the baby, or else it’ll be an all-out war. Amaranta doesn’t agree that El Esquimal should turn his life upside down. Alex organizes a fight in the park. When he wins, the boys claim the fight was fixed. La Güera tries to raise Alma’s spirits; he assures her he has a witness to her father’s death. He wants to help, but he also wants to work with her. Daniel visits Bones and they raise a toast to being alive. Lety scolds Alex for fighting for money. Alex blows up at her and asks why she doesn’t scold Emilia for getting drunk. Alma goes to see Daniel. She threatens him and demands that he tell her what happened to her father. María Luisa gets upset with Deyanira and Fidela for trying to ruin her business. When Alma threatens to seek out the bus passengers to kill them, Daniel confesses that he was there when Jacinto was shot, and he tells her where the bodies were buried. Emilia’s furious with her mother for coming into her room and finding the bottles of liquor she had hidden. Alma agrees to form an alliance with La Güera. Choi tells El Negro, the Gimp and Daniel that Alma has declared war on him because one of the witnesses talked. Daniel and the Gimp are shocked to learn that Choi has already begun killing the doctors.

When Ortega arrives at the crime scene, he realizes that the victim is a young doctor. Ortega tells Lagos that ever since Jacinto’s death, there’ve been reports of doctors being murdered. Emilia gets mad at Alex for telling Lety about her drinking. Fidela runs into the Gimp and tells him how happy she is about their new grandchild. El Negro and Choi discuss the recent doctor murders. Ortega and Lagos realize there’s one doctor missing from the list; he’s the only one who can tell them who’s responsible for the massacre. El Negro’s concerned when Choi tells him that there’s a doctor missing. La Güera makes fun of Dandy for feeling guilty about the doctors’ murders. Lety tells Emilia that she needs help, but she refuses to meet with the psychologist recommended by Jorge. Daniel speaks to the big boss and confirms that Choi killed the doctors. Lagos claims that’s what he suspected and Dandy asks if the cops told him. The big boss demands respect and he reminds Dandy that he has a family. Ortega asks Toño to help him investigate a possible link between the Zona Rosa Mafia and the doctor killings. In exchange, he’ll put in a recommendation to help get Toño into the academy. Daniel manages to remember the missing Jewish doctor, but he tells Choi and El Negro that he doesn’t remember anything. Choi knows he’s lying. The Mennonite asks El Esquimal whether he’s the father of Amaranta’s baby, but he denies it. El Negro notices that Dandy is anxious and so he gives him sedatives. After a heated discussion, Emilia kicks Jacques out of the house. When Daniel meets with Bones, Bones notices that he’s changed. Daniel tells him that they urgently need to find the witness. Toño tells the Gimp that he was sent to investigate his involvement in the doctors’ incident. He tells him to be careful. Ortega uncovers some clues about the missing witness and Lagos orders that he find him as soon as possible. Choi tells El Negro that Dandy’s lying, but it doesn’t change anything. Lety takes Alex to therapy sessions and she’s concerned they’re prescribing medication to prevent him from having any angry fits. She also remains concerned about Emilia. Amaranta asks Fidela why she no longer loves the Gimp, and Fidela says that he chose to be with María Luisa. Emilia agrees to meet with Carlos (the Mennonite). Daniel gets to Moisés before Ortega and Moisés tells him he’s the only one who can prevent them from killing him. The Mennonite is very surprised to see Emilia dressed provocatively. Daniel and Moisés leave the hospital, and Daniel fails to notice that Choi is following them.

Daniel tries to slip away with Moisés, but when he realizes that Choi is on their tail, he asks La Güera for help. Emilia goes along with the Mennonite, but he realizes it won't be easy to take her to a hotel. Lety talks to Jacques Jr. about Emilia's behavior and he promises to speak to her. Toño apologizes to Ortega. He claims he couldn't get his father to tell him anything, but Ortega signs his letter of recommendation to the police academy anyway. Fidela is frustrated that El Negro didn't want to go out with her. She runs into the Gimp and goes off with him. Choi's about to attack Daniel when El Esquimal and his men show up armed to the teeth. Choi decides to walk away. Fidela and Amaranta have dinner with the Gimp. Amaranta senses chemistry between them and she excuses herself. Choi tells El Negro and Dandy that he has the missing witness and that they escaped in a shoot-out. Down in the bunker, Bones and Daniel reassure Moisés that he's in a safe place and that they'll get him out alive. The Mennonite offers Emilia MDMA as just the ticket for a magical night, but Jacques Jr. shows up and interrupts his plans. The Gimp is preparing for a night of passion, but then he finds a box of condoms among Fidela's things. María Luisa comes to get him and Fidela is stunned when the Gimp decides to leave with his wife. Dandy answers questions from El Negro and Choi. He assures them that La Güera has the witness and that he's the one who provided the ammunition for the shoot-out. El Negro, Choi, the Gimp and Daniel got to see La Güera, and they want their witness back, but La Güera tells them to get lost. Emilia is annoyed to discover that Jacques is texting Lety. She asks him to leave her alone and to mind his own business. La Güera asks El Esquimal if Amaranta's child is his, and when the conversation escalates into threats, El Esquimal claims the child's father is a valet. El Negro sends Fidela flowers and a necklace to ask for her forgiveness. María Luisa offers Deyanira a business partnership in order to get hotel discounts for clients. Dandy tells La Güera that the witness escaped, but La Güera decides to get the big boss on the line, because that way, Dandy will have to tell the truth. Deyanira is busy negotiating with the hotel manager when she spots the Mennonite coming in with Emilia. She steals a car and warns Emilia that that guy is a rapist and the son of the head of the Tepito Mafia. Emilia doesn't believe her. Lagos orders Daniel to bring the witness in to testify. Daniel and Bones come up with a plan to get Moisés out of the country, but he disagrees, as it will destroy his reputation. The Gimp tells El Negro that Ortega is the one who pulled Toño in to work with police, and then he discovers that El Negro is sleeping with Fidela. Alex starts to take his medication. Moisés shows up at the attorney general's office to testify. Lagos is satisfied; he has a big grin on his face.

Lagos is furious because Ortega wasn't able to have Moisés summoned immediately to give evidence. He says they'll have to hold him in a safe house, whether he likes it or not. Fidela's upset that the Gimp didn't raise a fuss about her seeing El Negro. Schmidt goes to see Lagos to tell him that he needs to release Moisés because the FBI and DEA are after him for organ trafficking. Lagos turns over Moisés. Choi gets a call and learns that his opium crops are burning up in flames. Lety brings Emilia a punching bag and boxing gloves as an outlet for all of her anger and frustration. Daniel and Bones raise a toast for having saved Moisés. Choi tells El Negro that Alma is responsible for burning his crops. Alma introduces her people to their new partner, La Güera, and then she congratulates them on their crop fire. Ortega tells Lagos that Moisés' order of extradition was expedited just yesterday. Alex washes down his medication with the bottle of drugs that the Mennonite gave Emilia. Daniel runs into Lety at the publishing house. She's furious; she hits him and tells him to go away. As far as she's concerned, he no longer exists. Lety finds Alex clearly high on drugs; Emilia doesn't dare tell the truth. Schmidt is very angry that Lagos has made a statement against the DEA. He warns him that they're conducting a thorough investigation and that he'd better come out clean. Emilia confesses that Alex drank the MDMA-spiked water. The Gimp and María Luisa rob Ortega's house and steal things that used to belong to his dead son, Raúl. Daniel receives a call from the big boss, ordering him to provoke Choi into killing El Negro; he wants to put him in jail. Daniel speaks to Jorge. He thanks him for taking care of his family and he hands him an envelope.

Dandy makes an offer to join forces with La Güera, so that he can finally have a face-to-face meeting with the big boss. After having his stomach pumped, Alex continues to recover at home. Emilia feels very guilty about it all. Ortega and his wife, Rebeca, arrive home and realize that their place has been ransacked. Rebeca's son, Raúl, was run over by a car and died when he was just a young boy. When Rebeca realizes they've taken Raúl's things, she suffers a psychotic episode. Fidela asks El Negro to kill La Güera because Amaranta and El Esquimal are in danger. El Negro tells her that he can't do it now; he's too tied up with business. Fidela then turns to the Gimp and he bursts out in anger against La Güera. Fidela senses he's on her side. Now that she's calmed down, Rebeca realizes that she's just suffered another one of those attacks she used to get. Ortega offers her some pills and she takes them. The big boss calls, and La Güera supports Dandy's idea of joining forces so that he can see the boss' face. The big boss seems upset, but he promises to meet them personally, once they kill El Negro and put Choi behind bars. Ortega finds Toño's bag in Raúl's room and he starts to piece together evidence from the robbery. Working with Toño, Ortega discovers that the evidence was planted by the Gimp in order to turn them against each other. Ortega tells Toño that he won't press charges, but he asks for his help to recover his son's stolen things, as his wife's very upset. Dandy speaks to Bones. He's feeling conflicted about having to kill El Negro, but it seems he has no other option. Rebeca is introduced to Toño. While they're having lunch, she suffers another episode and confuses Toño with Raúl. Dandy, Alma and La Güera come up with a plan to make Choi believe that El Negro has betrayed him; that way, Choi will issue an order to kill him. Deyanira's upset when she finds out that Dandy is next in line for El Negro's position, and not her. She follows Dandy to the plantation where he's meeting Alma. She doesn't realize this is a trap. She asks him to leave, as she wants to be the one to negotiate with Alma. Deyanira asks El Negro to meet her at the plantation, while Dandy provides Choi with the meeting location. Jorge gives Lety the envelope from Pepe and she discovers it contains the deed to the house that he bought them. El Esquimal asks the Gimp for Amaranta's hand in marriage and he suggests they plan a small wedding before they leave for Tijuana. Toño goes to his parents' house to recover the items taken from Ortega and his family, but he runs into María Luisa. They have an argument. She pulls out a gun, points it at him and orders him to leave. Toño leaves empty-handed. El Esquimal asks Amaranta to marry him; she's thrilled that the wedding will be held tomorrow. El Negro attends his meeting with Deyanira, but he's angry to hear she wants to form an alliance with Alma, and so he leaves. El Negro doesn't realize that Choi is watching them from his car. The wedding preparations are underway. The Gimp invites Choi, and Choi gets confirmation that El Negro will be attending so that he can kill him. Alma tells Daniel over the phone that a Korean has been following her. Both know that Choi has fallen for their plan. Amaranta is crying; she’s upset that she doesn’t have any jewelry, or a dress, and there’s no cake, not even a priest. As La Güera told Everardo, Choi is coming to make a purchase in order to get a glimpse into Alma’s operations. María Luisa asks Father Corintio to give Amaranta his blessing. Lety continues to follow Emilia on social media. María Luisa gets money from her bank account to give to the Gimp in order to help cover wedding expenses, and she realizes there’s a lot more money now. El Negro is really surprised to find that there’s been a deposit of five million pesos into his account. Daniel accuses Alma of having implicated María Luisa. La Güera tells the Mennonite that they’ve arranged to have Choi and El Negro kill each other. He tells him it was all Dandy’s idea. The Mennonite is consumed with rage. Jacques Jr. tells Lety that Emilia should get prescription drugs from a doctor. Choi orders his men to disrupt the wedding and to kill El Negro and the Gimp, as well as all wedding guests. Amaranta is happy when El Esquimal brings her a new wedding dress and a cake. Lety tries to find out everything she can about Carlos. The Mennonite tells Choi that Dandy is working for La Güera and the big boss and that they’ve set a trap for him. Lety picks up a message from the Mennonite and, posing as Emilia, she arranges to meet with him. Amaranta and El Esquimal get married. As he was asking Bones for help, Daniel is struck by Choi’s men. Choi tells Daniel he’ll kill him for being a traitor, but first, he wants him to hear El Negro’s reaction when he finds out. María Luisa forbids El Negro from answering the phone. She asks him to dance with her to make the Gimp and Fidela jealous. Lety confronts the Mennonite and accuses him of meeting her daughter in a motel. Choi’s about to kill Dandy when Bones shows up to save him. Furious, Daniel hangs Choi.

Toño's brought a gift to Amaranta and El Esquimal's wedding, but he doesn't dare walk into the reception party. He finds it strange to run into Toño, as Toño's on his way out. El Esquimal meets Dandy at Choi's bar and helps him move Choi's body to the hair salon. The big boss is furious about Choi's murder, but Dandy tells him that he has everything under control and that he'll make sure El Negro is charged with the Korean's murder. After the wedding reception, the Gimp and Fidela share a romantic moment in the bathroom, and then he leaves with María Luisa. Reluctantly, and despite his better judgment, El Negro spends the night at Fidela's house. Fidela consoles Amaranta, as she's alone on her wedding night. Toño goes looking for Dandy and asks him to convince the Gimp to hand over the items he stole from Raúl, Ortega's dead son, as his wife's very upset. Lety tells Emilia that Carlos has been lying to her the whole time and she finally seems to begin thinking sensibly. Alex accidentally breaks a pitcher that had sentimental value for Pepe and Lety. She's very upset and tries to repair it. Dandy speaks to the Gimp. He's ashamed to have stolen items that belonged to a young boy who died; he talks María Luisa into returning them. Alex blackmails Jacques Jr. to take him to the place where he met his father. Although Alex doesn't find Pepe, he does take note of the Sexy Hall location. El Esquimal and Dandy set the crime scene in the cellar of the Korean's bar and plant evidence to point to El Negro as the murderer. El Esquimal is under the impression that this is all part of El Negro's plan and that he's not actually working against him. El Negro receives a message supposedly sent by Choi. When he gets to the bar, he finds Choi's dead body. He runs out without noticing the security cameras that have recorded his visit there. Daniel and La Güera tell the big boss that their plan with El Negro was successful. Daniel brings the young Korean and La Güera with him. He tells him that the Mennonite was the one who ratted him out with Choi. La Güera kills the young Korean and, disgusted with his son's attitude, he shoots him, just grazing his arm, and tells him he never wants to see him again.

The Mennonite arrives at the Sexy Hall, drunk and disheveled. He's bothering Deyanira, and so she orders her men to beat him up. The Gimp finds out about Choi's death just as Toño and Ortega are investigating the crime scene. They watch the security camera footage and see El Negro leaving the bar. Although Ortega has his doubts, Lagos orders him to arrest El Negro immediately. El Negro goes to Fidela's house to pick up his emergency suitcase that is filled with money and false documentation. He says goodbye and explains that he's going to have to hide out for a while. Amaranta attempts to have her special wedding night with El Esquimal, but he's exhausted and falls asleep. Daniel has an argument with Deyanira when he discovers that she's not taking her birth control pills. The next day, Deyanira gets upset when she finds out that El Negro chose to put the Gimp in charge of the business instead of her. Meanwhile, Alex notices a car circling around the house and Emilia turns pale when she realizes it's the Mennonite. Fidela helps Amaranta pack up her things. Amaranta and El Esquimal have decided to move to Tijuana where they'll be safe from La Güera's threats. Concerned about his health, the Gimp consults a medicine man who leads him to believe that he's going to die. Ortega warns Toño that his mother will have to provide a statement to explain the large sum of money that has flowed into her account, and Toño convinces her to go in voluntarily. María Luisa tells Ortega that she doesn't know Alma. Emilia decides to confront the Mennonite. But when she sees that he's been beaten up, she suspects his father is responsible, and she tries to help him. Ortega interrogates Alma. She assures him that the money she gave María Luisa was for the purchase of her share of the Sexy Hall business. The Gimp talks to Deyanira, and when he finds out that Alma wanted to do business with them, he discovers it was all a set up. Alex goes to find his father at the Sexy Hall and he finds him kissing Deyanira. Later, he asks him if he chose that woman over his family and Daniel denies it. Alex is annoyed to see the tattoo on his father's leg. Emilia sets the Mennonite up in a room on the rooftop, and although initially, she only agrees to have him stay one day, she falls for his sweet talk and they end up kissing. Alex looks up the meaning of his father's tattoo on the Internet and he's concerned to see that it's a symbol for different gangs. Daniel spends some time shooting the breeze with Bones. He says they may be close to the end of their mission if everything goes according to plan with El Negro. El Negro goes to Ortega's house to explain that he's being accused of a crime he didn't commit, that when he got to the bar, Choi was already dead, and given the smell, he'd been dead for several hours. Ortega thinks it over.

The Gimp gets sentimental and tells Toño that he's proud of him, then he reveals that he has cancer and only a short time to live. El Negro pushes Ortega to dig deeper into the investigation of Choi's murder, but Lagos forbids him to pursue the case any further. As Ortega suspects that El Negro is innocent, he asks one of his colleagues in forensics to perform another autopsy on Choi. The forensics officer confirms El Negro's version of events: the Korean died before El Negro arrived at the bar, and he was shot sometime after death. Although he's reluctant, Dandy decides to follow through on kidnapping Deyanira. This way, he'll ensure she's safe while complying with the big boss' orders, and force El Negro to resurface. Toño tells Ortega that on the day of Choi's death, El Esquimal was acting nervous and Ortega asks him to put that in a statement. In exchange for his help, Toño asks if he can get the best doctors to examine his father. Alex discovers that the Mennonite is living in their house and he gives him one day to leave, or else he's going to tell his mother. Toño catches El Esquimal at the bus terminal just as he's about to leave for Tijuana, and he convinces him to come in to provide a statement. El Esquimal reluctantly leaves without saying goodbye to Amaranta. La Güera's men kidnap Deyanira and take her to the hair salon. After offering him protection and a house for his family, Ortega gets El Esquimal to confess that La Güera and Dandy are responsible for killing Choi. Meanwhile, the Gimp is brutally beaten following orders from Lagos. Fidela ends up revealing El Negro's false identity and telling them where to find him. Lety finds the Mennonite's car keys, and after questioning Emilia, she discovers that he's staying in their house. Lagos is upset to learn that Ortega has pursued his investigation of Choi's murder, and he's forced into a corner when he realizes that the new evidence proves El Negro's innocence and points to La Güera's guilt. The Mennonite is confronted by Lety as he's beating Jorge. He runs away before Lety calls the police. When El Negro hears that Deyanira's been kidnapped, he heads over to the hair salon to turn himself in to La Güera. Dandy tries to stop him, but then something grabs his attention. La Güera hears gunshots and he's delighted that El Negro has come so quickly. However he's surprised to see that the shots are not coming from El Negro, but rather from a special unit led by Lagos. They've come to arrest him for Choi's murder.

Daniel and El Negro can't believe it when they see Lagos coming out of the hair salon, followed by Deyanira in custody and La Güera under arrest. While Ortega is getting El Esquimal settled into his safe house, Amaranta returns home thinking that she's been abandoned. Fidela's a little reckless in telling her that maybe he's been killed. Lagos proposes that La Güera collaborate with him to bring in the big boss, but he's not surprised at his refusal, as Lagos knows he won't betray the boss. Deyanira leaves the attorney general's office and meets with El Negro, the Gimp and Dandy. She gives Dandy the cold shoulder. When she complains that they didn't step in to prevent her kidnapping, Dandy asks for her forgiveness and gives her an engagement ring. Lagos apologizes to Ortega and tells him that the forensic officer who conducted the first autopsy on Choi has been arrested. Lety and Jorge search the Mennonite's car and they find drugs as well as a business card from the hair salon. The big boss informs Daniel that he'll be the one to take control of Tepito and that he plans to introduce him to his most trusted people. Meanwhile, the Gimp is shocked to learn that El Negro has been chosen over him to head up the Tepito team, especially now that he's so close to death. Toño and Ortega argue, as Ortega can't help him find doctors for the Gimp and he's not allowing Amaranta to see her husband. The Mennonite visits his father and tells him that he'll manage Tepito while he rots in jail. Fidela's upset with El Negro for sending the Gimp to Tepito, and she screams out that he's the only man she loves. Daniel meets Julia, the Banco Fiel director, and he's surprised that she knows his real name. The big boss sends the Mennonite a message to tell him to stay out of Tepito; Dandy's going to take over La Güera's job. Julia tells Daniel that she's known the big boss all her life and that he gives her enough money to pay off everyone in the neighborhood. El Esquimal figures out a way to escape from the safe house. Deyanira admits to Fidela that she suspects that Dandy was somehow involved in her kidnapping, but she feels bad that she made the restaurant reservation and that she knew he was going to give her a ring. Ortega intercepts Daniel and tells him that he has reason to believe that Lagos is working with the big boss. Daniel plans to take over the hair salon, but when he sees the Mennonite there holding Jorge and Lety, he talks him into letting them go in exchange for keeping the salon. Ortega has a meeting with Bones and tells him that Lagos is connected to organized crime. As they're bringing Jorge to the hospital, Daniel scolds Lety for having gone to the hair salon. She explains that they were looking for Carlos, the guy who beat up Jorge, as he's been dating Emilia. Daniel is shocked.

Toño comes home drunk and tells María Luisa that the Gimp is dying of cancer. In conversation at the hospital, Lety tells Daniel what she knows about the relationship between Emilia and the Mennonite. When Deyanira arrives home to her apartment, she finds the Mennonite there. He’s come to warn her of Dandy’s betrayal. Deyanira doesn’t believe him and she forces him out by threatening him with a gun. El Esquimal returns to Amaranta’s side and they can finally celebrate their wedding night. Bones goes to Dandy’s house to protect the children. Dandy tells Ortega about Julia Avelar, one of the big boss’ contacts, and he opens an investigation on her. The Mennonite takes possession of La Güera’s office. He finds the receipt for the engagement ring that Dandy gave to Deyanira and he discovers that La Güera paid the bill. The Gimp refuses El Negro’s offer to take over Tepito; his life has taken a turn for the worse and he wants to spend time with family. Dandy tells Lety the truth about his job and explains how the attorney general’s office is linked to Diaz’s assassination. The Gimp tells Fidela he’s going to die. Bones tells Emilia the truth about the Mennonite. Fidela goes to share her sorrow over the Gimp’s sickness with María Luisa, but María Luisa doesn’t believe that it’s all that serious. The Mennonite sends Deyanira the receipt for her engagement ring. El Esquimal returns to the witness protection program. Lety and Daniel kiss in Jorge’s room and he sees them. Daniel decides to throw away the pills he’s been taking. Ortega gets together with one of Julia Avelar’s old friends from school and discovers that Lagos is the big boss. El Negro orders Dandy to attack Tepito, but he says there’s no point because the Mennonite has the big boss’ support. El Negro gets very angry and decides to do it himself. María Luisa reads her tarot cards and she’s concerned when the card of death turns up. She calls Fidela and tells her she was right. Deyanira asks the Mennonite about the receipt he sent her. He tries to show her how Dandy used her and claims that Dandy’s now working for La Güera. This is when El Negro storms in to take over, but as he enters through the back, he’s horrified to find Deyanira unconscious and bleeding, with the Mennonite by her side. Ortega shares the big boss’ identity with Daniel, and Daniel decides to confront Lagos in his office, calling him by his alias, “big boss.”

Daniel makes it clear to Lagos that he's here for business and that he discovered his identity by following a lead that Julia inadvertently provided. María Luisa and Fidela agree to put aside their differences and to make the Gimp as happy as they can in his last few days. They decide they'll all move into Fidela's house. El Negro calms down when he realizes that Deyanira's safe. He encourages her to get out of there, but she insists on first looking around to see if she can clear up the doubts she has about Dandy. Lety decides to tell her children that Pepe is an undercover agent, as she's afraid that the Mennonite will seek revenge. Dying in agony, the Mennonite tries to warn El Negro about Dandy, but Deyanira kills him. Lagos comes clean with Daniel and reminds him that he still has to kill El Negro. Ortega and Daniel go over the recording again, but as Lagos didn't say anything incriminating, they decide to ask the DEA for help. They're hoping that with pressure from the DEA, Julia will testify against him. El Negro criticizes Dandy for leaving Deyanira alone, but she forgives him and she tells her father about their engagement. When Dandy finds out that Deyanira killed the Mennonite, he's afraid the Mennonite may have told her about his alliance with La Güera. Amaranta talks the Gimp into seeing a doctor and they walk away happy, knowing now that he doesn't have cancer. Ortega puts pressure on Morales to tell him who ordered the changes to Choi's death report, but he doesn't tell him anything. Morales, shaken by Ortega's strong words, blackmails Lagos by threatening to talk about the incriminating evidence linking him to Díaz's death, and he wants more money. Emilia asks for Lety's forgiveness; she feels guilty about Jorge's condition. Deyanira goes through Dandy's things and finds the receipt associated with Jorge's hospital stay. While she follows up on that clue, she finds Daniel kissing Lety. Under pressure from the DEA, Julia convinces Lagos to stay away from his house and she manages to ensure that Daniel and Bones obtain the incriminating evidence they need. But then Julia starts to feel guilty; she opens up to Lagos and he realizes they're recording his every move. Lagos comes out of the back of the van in which Bones and Daniel are being held captive.

Deyanira checks out the front of the Montaño's house. She spots Lety and also learns that one of the occupants of the house goes by the name of Emilia. María Luisa and Fidela surprise the Gimp by telling him that they've decided to all live together for the time he has left to live. Lagos is sad and accuses Julia of betraying him. Bones and Daniel manage to escape from Lagos' men, but their equipment is damaged during the shootout. Lagos assures Julia that he'll protect her, but she knows him well and she's afraid his life may be in danger. Toño's depressed that his father might die, and so he gets drunk. Deyanira continues to investigate the Montaño family and she finds Emilia's phone number. The Gimp, happy to have his two wives together, decides not to tell them he's out of danger, and he talks them into having a threesome. Lagos orders Daniel to find the embassy van used for espionage. As he leaves Bones' side, Daniel is captured by Lagos' men and they take away the hard drive containing the big boss' confession. Amaranta is outraged to see how the Gimp took advantage of Fidela and María Luisa. Luisa tells them that he's out of danger. Meanwhile, Toño is drunk and decides to pay Ortega a visit. He's upset that Ortega used him to get information. Ortega reprimands him and tells him that he has some serious decisions to make if he really wants to be a police officer. With Alex's help, Emilia manages to sneak out of the house to visit Jorge; she asks him for forgiveness. María Luisa and Fidela want to get back at the Gimp. They take him to buy his crypt and to make funeral arrangements. When he realizes the amount of money they plan on spending, he has no choice but to tell them the truth. Lagos orders Dandy to go and find Julia in a storeroom and to kill her once she's made the transfer. Deyanira meets up with Emilia at the hospital. With skillful questioning, she discovers that Emilia is Dandy's daughter. Then Lety arrives and Deyanira quickly leaves in a jealous rage. Lagos has La Güera testify to the fact that Ortega's the big boss. In exchange for his testimony, Lagos has him released from jail. El Negro tells the Gimp he intends to leave Tepito to Deyanira. At that moment, she shows up and tells them that Dandy's a traitor. Lagos has a video labeled “Daniel and Julia.” It seems to show the last minutes of her life, before Dandy kills her. But the situation takes on a different twist when Lagos tells Dandy that he doesn't like traitors, and he kills Bones right before his eyes. He assures him that he's next.

El Negro forces the Gimp to make a decision; he's either with them, or with Dandy. With a heavy heart, the Gimp betrays his friend. As Daniel confesses to Julia that he's an undercover cop and that he's working with the DEA to expose the big boss, the boss orders Pepe Montaño's arrest and detains his family. As Toño and Amaranta are reading the news, they learn that Ortega is wanted by authorities and that he's been identified as the big boss. Mr. Benson notices strange men in front of the house. He sneaks the children out the back door while Lety tries to distract them. Once El Negro has Lety as his hostage, Deyanira brutally beats Lety to make her confess what she knows about the alliance between Dandy and La Güera, but she assures her she doesn't know Dandy. Lagos orchestrates La Güera's escape and Fidela urges Amaranta to get away from there. Ortega puts on a disguise to meet with Dandy. Dandy assures him he'll need the Mafia's help to get his wife back. La Güera finally gets to meet the big boss. He's shocked to see that the boss is the attorney general. Dandy makes his way to Sexy Hall, and he meets Deyanira on the way. She's angry and threatens to kill him for his betrayal, but Dandy manages to convince her of his innocence, and he walks away. The Gimp talks El Negro into keeping Lety alive. But El Negro swears that in retaliation for what Dandy did to Deyanira, he'll kill Lety in front of Dandy as soon as he catches him. Toño locates Ortega. Ortega thanks him for believing in his innocence and asks for his help in exposing the big boss. In exchange, Toño asks Ortega to protect Amaranta and El Esquimal. La Güera pays El Negro a visit and tells him that the big boss wants to negotiate with him. In the meantime, Dandy meets with the Gimp and asks for his help in finding Lety. Dandy claims that just like the Gimp, he has two wives as well. Dandy tricks the DEA agents and steals Julia away, as she's the only one who can help him take down the big boss. El Negro is just as shocked as La Güera was to discover the big boss' real identity. The boss suggests they trade Lety in exchange for control of Tepito. As Schmidt is threatening to arrest Dandy if he doesn't hand over Julia, the Gimp decides to help Dandy and he gets Lety out of Sexy Hall. Lagos explains to El Negro and La Güera that Dandy is an undercover police agent and that the only way they can stop him while remaining free is by using his wife, Lety.

The Gimp takes Lety to a motel to spend the night. He doesn't realize that the receptionist recognizes him as being María Luisa's husband and she films him on video. Lagos tells La Güera and El Negro that Dandy's an undercover agent and he suggests that El Negro hand over Lety to him so that he can exchange her for Julia. With Ortega's help, Toño and Amaranta manage to get El Esquimal out of the safe house. When El Negro arrives at Sexy Hall, he discovers that the Gimp has taken Lety away. Deyanira's upset to hear that her father accepted a trade with the big boss, and La Güera tells her that Dandy is really an undercover cop. Deyanira is devastated. She tells El Negro that she saw Dandy and let him go, but she's so enraged, she promises to kill him. María Luisa and Fidela are furious, they come to the motel to ask the Gimp about his new lover, and he explains that Lety is Dandy's wife. María Luisa doesn't like to see that the Gimp isn't following El Negro's orders. He tells him to kill her, but the Gimp calms them down. Schmidt convinces Alex and Emilia to shoot a video of them asking Daniel not to work alone and to collaborate with the DEA again. They also ask him to come home, since they miss him. La Güera makes Lagos suspicious of El Negro and he obtains authorization to go to Sexy Hall to find Lety. When El Negro discovers that the Gimp has betrayed him, he orders his men to find him and to kill him, if necessary. He also wants them to bring him Dandy's wife. Then La Güera's men show up and there's a shootout. El Negro and Deyanira manage to escape, but La Güera's taken control of Sexy Hall. Schmidt speaks to Ortega and asks him to talk Daniel into turning Julia over, as she's the only witness they have to incriminate Lagos. Fidela goes back to the motel and tells the Gimp that she's proud of him; it takes courage and a good heart to disobey El Negro. The Gimp tells Dandy that he has Lety and they agree to meet. When Ortega finds out that Lety is still alive, Ortega postpones handing Julia over to the DEA until Daniel gets his wife back. Daniel confirms that he has an alliance with La Güera and that he betrayed El Negro, but he assures him that he did it all for his family. He didn't betray the Gimp because he thinks of him as a brother. He explains his involvement with Deyanira as a married man, and as he knew El Negro would never forgive him, he had to seek out La Güera's protection. El Negro calls Fidela, who is keeping watch over Lety and he tells her that Dandy's a police officer. The Gimp and Daniel arrive at the motel, but it's too late; Fidela has already handed Lety over to El Negro. Fidela exposes Daniel, and the Gimp, very hurt by his betrayal, lets him go. Lagos calls Daniel to let him know that he's got Lety. Dandy hangs up and is ready to give up his life to get her back.

El Esquimal gets his hands on a car so that he can escape with Amaranta, and they say goodbye to Toño. The Gimp shares his feelings with Fidela; he's upset he couldn't see that Dandy was playing them all. Meanwhile, Daniel and Ortega go over their plan to exchange Julia for Lety, but they have to be creative when they learn that Julia has committed suicide. When Lagos orders La Güera to get out of Sexy Hall, he's furious, and in revenge for the Mennonite's murder, he sets the place on fire. During the exchange operation, Lagos discovers that Julia is dead, and so Daniel offers himself in exchange for Lety. Lagos accepts, and he takes away Dandy's hidden revolver. They're just about to leave when Ortega stops Lagos and suggests that he turn himself in. They're surrounded by police and Morales, the forensics officer, has given a statement exposing him as the boss. Lagos tries to kill Dandy with the gun he just took away from him without realizing that the charger's empty. The police take him down. At that same moment, the Gimp says goodbye to María Luisa and Fidela. He asks them to take their children and build the hotel he's always dreamed of on the beach. After the big boss' assassination, Dandy discovers that Deyanira is holding Lety captive. Daniel tries to negotiate with her, but she's not listening to reason, and so he ends up killing her in front of the Gimp. Daniel offers to help the Gimp. He tells him that his friendship is real, but the Gimp is very hurt and walks away. While the Gimp was saying goodbye to his wives, Pepe was decorated in recognition for his valor. The Gimp, being the brave man that he is, recognizes his mistakes and turns himself over to El Negro. El Negro then kills him. La Güera and El Negro become prison cellmates, while Toño pursues his plans to become a police officer. Toño stays focused on learning from Ortega. Using money from Dandy, Fidela and María Luisa work together to open the “Grand Cayman” hotel. And so, Daniel is decorated for his mission as an undercover agent and he moves to Iceland with his family.
